At the begining of OOTP...Petunia doesnt take harry seriously about voldemort being back until she recives a howler.. but they never say who it was from... I think it was voldemort, and she had something to do with him in the past

What do you all think?

i think that it was from dumbledore... even harry thinks that it is from dumbledore

dumbledore wanted to remind Pertunia that she had to take harry seroiusly and look after him properly

anyway, that letter which came together with baby harry was the last letter of dd. we do not know what the first is.
