It's just too bad the series had to end....grrr!! i bawled wen i finished the last book...idc who knos. Good-Bye Harry Potter...*Sniff*-*Sob* We had some good times...
It was nice to meet you and read your adventures. Good-Bye to all other Characters it wouldn't have been so Totally Awesome without you.
*Whimper* And Bye to the Trio... you will always have a place in my heart...*Total break down*
Okay...It came as a huge shock for me...I sit there with the finished book on my lap and thought - Oh My God! It's over First came sadness then anger then I was fine for a while/but know I'm reading them again!
This is what, my 8 time...? Darn J.K Rowling |

When I finished the DH book, I started getting all teary eyed. I really don't know how I'm going to react after I've seen the movie when it comes out. (2010 isn't it?)...
Oohh.

Thank you for the memories and the fun. I remember as a child I was troubled I didn't know how to read till 5 grade my mother showed me the first harry potter book. She began reading me one chapter a night to me. Finaly I wanted to hear the story so bad. I just couldn't handle one chapter a night. I studied realy hard in school. Finaly I could try to tackle on books. I picked up the books and read the first 3 in 1 year. They inspired me. From that point I accelled in everything I did turned out I was quite smart. I just needed a push.I read the books with enthusiasm though out my youth and now that my last year of high school is almost done. I not only leave behind the last piece of my childhood but now the saga of these wonderful books. Its was fascinating diving into such and imaginative world each word, sentence, paragraph, chapter and book giving something new to exsplore with in our own minds. I'll be sure to pass it on my children someday.
P.S. For those of you may think the story has ended. Remember the story was born from imagination and thats where it will stay. In each of us.
Have A Nice Day. _________________ :DJustin:D

Harry Potter and his friends aventures had become a part of my life, I grown up with them and them were always about my age.
I loved to love Harry Potter and Hogwarts/Magic will always going to make part of me and of who I am. This may sound silly but I actually believe magic exists, not like in Harry Potter's movies but I believe that some people have the power to do great things with their minds.
Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger (other characters too, the story in general) will always be in my heart and mind.
P.S. - What's the sense of saying: " Harry Potter's over. " ?
It's not OVER, we have the books and movies. The writer just doesn't tell us more about his life but it's like if he was a real person and he's still living in the U.K. _________________ Nothing can separe me from HARRY POTTER.
Yes, it may be over but that magic world lies in our hearts and minds. |

In 4th grade, our teacher spent one period each day reading us portions of a given book to the class. To end the year, she decided on reading the first Harry Potter book because her children raved about it. I loved it so much the first few days I asked my mom to go out and purchase a copy so I could read along in class.
I am now 17 and I have purchased and read every book. It has been a wonderful journey. Never again will literature capture a generation the way Harry Potter has captured us. |

Merlin, this whole thread has got me sad! Cheer up, folks! As long as we've got our vision and hearing, we're good: Reading and watching Harry Potter til our dying days, of course!
As for me, I refuse to give my farewell til I see the last scene of DH. _________________

I REFUSE TO SAY GOOD BYE UNTIL-
1. I no longer find an interest in HP
2. I no longer own any HP stuff
3. I am no longer apart of this forum
4. Rupert Grint is no longer hot.
and umm you get the point but yeh
all this will come
NEVER! I WILL NEVER SAY GOODBYE TO HARRY POTTER!
that is my final answer. _________________
