I am new to this, but has anybody ever considered that maybe Voldemort really isn't afraid of Dumbledore, but maybe he has a life debt to Dumbledore? It seems to me that Voldemort shouldn't really be afraid of Dumbledore, because if he was to battle him, do you think Dumbledore would use an unforgivable curse and kill Voldemort? I dont think he would, which would give Voldemort an advantage.
Dumbledore was the one who rescued Voldemort from the orphanage and brought him into magic...does this mean Voldemort owes Dumbledore?
does this mean deep down....waaayyyy deep and waaaaayyy down he feels sorry for Dumbledore?
is that why he ordered his death eaters to kill him?? if you havent noticed Dumbledore is the only enemy of Voldemorts that Voldemort himself has not killed....all his other enemies Voldemort has killed single-handedly....Dumbledore is the only one he had to use death eaters to kill...
does that mean he felt bad and couldnt kill Dumbledore? _________________
Dumbledore did not really rescue Voldemort, he only went to inform Tom Riddle that he was a wizard and had a place in Hogwarts. I think Voldemort knows to well that Dumbledore is powerful and maybe he is affraid if he tries to kill Dumbledore he will kill himself in the process. That's why he send others to do the job, for if they died it would not matter to him. _________________ Name: Arwen Black
