Spoiler:

Dobby defintely because i felt it was the only death that was properly mourned. i think if JKR spent half the time talking about other people's death i'd feel it too. I mean harry digged dobby's grave himself. Sirius just fell through a veil and then harry almost lost it. and harry was too busy breaking up with ginny at dumbledore's funeral. and don't get me started on fred, remus and severus's death. they just didn't seem as important to her because she didn't linger on them. I had to go back and REREAD what happened with fred sincei didn't even catch it the first time. I think JKR needed to linger more on her deaths. Give the Characters credit where due.

Spoiler:

cate, just notice bout fred after u mention it.. that was really sad!
mad eye, wormtail and colin death seems not to disturb me at all..
i felt a bit sad.. i really mean a bit.. when hedwig died..
as for fred i felt very sorry for george.. *poor him.. sob2*
Snape? it was quite sad that he's dead at the end.. those past about him is just so sad...
then left the other 3.. dobby, lupin and tonks..
lupin and tonks death both made me really sad cos they still have a child... Sad

but the most SAD death is surely the dobby scene...
my eyes got teary out of sudden.. *rmmbering it now make me feel stupid*
and i still rmmber when he said harry's name at the very end of his life..
what a very loyal house elf.. i love u, dobby! Sad

Spoiler:

Dobby's death is definetely the saddest, but lupin, tonks, and fred is right behind it. I think what made it so sad was that we didn't expect it, he has helped harry a lot and he is involved in most of the books! I cry every time i think about it.

Fred or Snape.

Fred because of what Rowling said afterwards. George never fully recovered from his twin death. He named his first son after him. I was sad after I read that.

Severus Snape because he was one of the coolest antiheroes. He might have acted selfish, but in the end he did what Dumbledore told him to. Also, he got killed for no reason.

I could mention Dobby here. But CoS is my least favourite book, because of him. It was first in Deathly Hallows I liked Dobby. And I realise it now. He always helped Harry, even in CoS. And then his sad funeral.

Hedwig is another one, because she was Harrys right hand throughout the entire series. Then Rowling killed her so easily.

I don't know why Rowling killed Tonks and Lupin, just because they got a kid. I just don't see the point in that. Was it because she wouldn't write so much in the epilogue? Colin Creevey didn't do anyting in the series. He admired Harry and was a kind person. Also, Mad-Eye. As the chapter "Fallen Warrior" indicates, he was one of a kind. In a good way.

Voldemort killed Peter Pettigrew. The silver hand choked him. But I didn't got sadned because of that.

I know I mentioned everyone, but still, Fred and Snapes death was the hardest for me.

Snape's. I was reduced to a puddle of tears.

Although, it's quite funny, looking back at the moment when I first read it. I screamed "NOOOOOO!" and my parents were like "WTF? WHO DIED?"

They didn't realise that was the actual case. And I was all "Sevvie!" and they were like "..."

Hm, yeh. I cry every time I read it. So sad.

Dobby hit me hardest at the time, before I read "The Princes Tale," that made me cry my eyes out at how much he had actually done for Harry.

Awww.... that`s way too sad. He shouldn`t have died. I can imagine he and Harry talking all over and forgiving each other. lol That probably wouldn`t have happenned even if Snape survived. They`d feel way too weird about each other now.

dobby's death was the one that most saddened me, that's the one i choose, harry's reaction to it was just so emotional that i almost cried

snape's death was intense too, i didnt want him to die, but i felt it more after seeing his memories, of course

i think jo should have made a stronger reaction of everyone for the deaths of lupin and tonks, it was just mentioned breafly and didn't have enough feeling, i was dissapointed because remus is one of my favourite characters Crying or Very sad

I thought Dobby's was really sad. But also Moody because he was also the tough gut. And then there's, Fred, Tonks, and Lupin.

I say everyone really because it's all so sad!
