SALINA, KAN. -- A man is under arrest for misdemeanor theft. But, it's the crime that's so startling.
Salina police stopped Godofredo De Dios-Herrera, 29, only to discover he was just wearing a few T-shirts while walking near Hancock and Crawford streets.
The T-shirts still had tags on them from Walgreen's.
The Walgreen's clerk was surprised to find out her store's surveillance video showed a naked man walk into the store, grab two T-shirts and run out. He was in the store less than 60 seconds.

Yeah, I agree to, I mean...since he's naked, he would easily be noticed.
