YES! I always loved the Punisher comics, but in the comics he seemed...sorta superhero-ish. In the movie that came out in 2004 he was just a normal dude who had all this background knowledge to kick ass. I was really disappointed to learn that the sequel was pretty much scrapped.

The comics were good, I loved them as a kid, but I really grew out of comics years ago. The movie was just amazing.
I am really disappointed to see that Tom Jane isn't going to be in the next one, and the next one looks so effing retarded that I'm most likely not even going to see it. I knew Jane said he refused to do the next one because of all of the changes made to the script (they basically wanted to dumb it down and take away a lot of violence, and he wanted to stay true to the character), but ugggghhh. This sucks. I've been waiting for this movie almost 4 years, and it's a disappointment.

The movie was great because it shows how far someone is willing to go for the person they love. The Punisher is my all time favorite Marvel movie, not only for it's story, action, or acting, but because I can relate to it in some ways. I'm really disappointed that Thomas Jane won't be in the second one, but apparently he didn't like the script, so maybe it won't be good anyway. _________________ Follow, please follow me home

No. WHy would I? I just listed reasons why I won't be seeing it. Tom Jane made a great punisher. This isn't BOND, where we expect a change in the lead role.
