I'm on my lap top in my living room, my sister is watching her Hanna Montana then this little commercial catches my attention, "Wizards Of Waverley Place", then they show these kids who have magic and so on...Then I think "WTF is this?", and my little sister says "OH They say they got the idea of this show from harry potter",
is this true?, and if so why is it like Harry Potter on crack?< Okay this is more like an educated opinion.
has anyone watched the show?, is it good?

I watched it for like 5 minutes. Its Hannah Montana but with a girl with black hair and theres magic involved. Nuff said

I guess it looks like the typical Disney.
I was more shocked when my sister said they got the idea from Harry Potter, how can there be any comparison, only the fact that they use wand to do magic, looks like.

Oh yea, I remember her from Hannah Montana. Didn't she play that snobby singer who Hannah was competing with?

They give them a guest apperance on a tv show or they star them in some crappy move. They get their own show and it all starts out from that......

I watched the show today, or at least part of an episode, and I thought it was kind of funny in a dumb sort of way. Kinda a lot like Hannah.

its a Hannah Montana clone though basically.
Its all just part of the Disney machine.Soon they'll give her a record deal, once shes noticed more they'll give her a movie or 2, and so on.

You don't seem to like Disney very much. But, yea they do tend to give record deals to people who really can't sing.

Disney has the technology to do that now. They gave that Corey kid a record deal for crying out loud.

Yea, but even with the computers his voice still sucked. The other one I never got was Hilary Duff, she couldn't sing either, just cause you can act dosen't mean you can sing.

^Agree completely, if I have nothing to watch I'll watch it but I can not compare it to Harry Potter their in different leagues,
