In the movies, who thought Luna seems a bit wierd (no offfense!).

Well.. Luna in the books is supposed to be a little odd, so... yeah, I think Evanna Lynch played her perfectly.

Yea, its kind of the point. Like GinnyX began to point out. JK adds a lot of characters to try to relate to her readers in my opinion. She adds alot to the serious with her strangeness, Luna kept me going in the series when OotP was mostly just Harry being angsty.

Yea, I do think Luna's werid, but that's why I love her. she's one of my favorite characters. I acutally liked the author who played her, I thought she did a good job with making her unique.

I loved Luna- she wasn't exactly as I imagined her in the books, but she was wonderfully close, and that twinkle of hidden fun made me feel happy about the interpretation. Good for the studio- a wonderfully weird Luna. (Don't you just love weird people?
