What do you all think of the pairings?

Did you expect it? or were you let down?
For me it was confusing and stressful, i kinda disliked that part of the book. Maybe its because i am biased ( always hope for a Hermione and Harry pairing but oh well). I disliked the way Harry ended his relationship with Ginny ( a little cheesy for my taste...reminded me of spiderman) but it was the right thing to do.
That is true overall but relationships are a fundamental part of the book as well it is an important part of adolecense moreover we cannot deny it was an important part of the plot in HP AND HBP.

Ron and Hermione I expected it but Ginny and Harry I was surprised about it. I never knew about the way he felt about Ginny. I wasen't let down but shocked.
I think Harry didn't notice his feelings for Ginny because he was busy being googoo eyed with Cho, once he actually stopped and looked proparly he noticed his feelings for Ginny - or a less romantic way to put it is he was done with Cho so he needed someone else to make googoo eyes at and Ginny was the one who got in the way, cupid's arrow and all that, depends on your point of view. _________________ "WAR IS PEACE

I thought it was pretty obvious Harry and Ginny were going to get together eventually, same goes for Ron and Hermione. I don’t really care about relationships though, unless it plays a huge role in the story. _________________
To tell you the truth I could tell from the first book about Ron and Hermione. I also knew about Harry and Ginny from the 2nd book. It was completly obveous. I actully wanted those couples and whoever didn't is wierd!!!!!! That is what I think. I was really happy when they got together.
I think it is great! I have not been waiting for ages, because I for one never consider it. I was going for Harry and Hermione, until Book 4 and then after that Harry had a girlfriend.

Yea I expected Ron and Hermione to get together two and I was Surprised too about Harry and Ginny.
never really thought much about it. i dont really care about the relationships. im more intersted in magic, horcruxes, hiddne clues, etc. _________________
Ron and Hermione GREAT! HArry and Ginny I was like "w-what?" I dont really care for Harry and Ginny relationship because I never did care much for Ginny herself since like the thrid book...
I could have seen it maybe if I never saw that girl who plays Ginny in the movies... Now when I imagine her I think of a manly man stalking HArry! _________________ Do it the Potter Style!
I've always wanted Harry to go out with Ginny, So I was happy that JK thought it is time.. I always knew that Ginny have a crush on Harry, I didnt know how he felt about her, but yeah I was happy _________________

yeah i was happy for her. she crushed really hard on harry. but it really didnt matter to me if harry ever found a girl. but i think ginny will be impt in the next book. so i dont think i can dismiss their relationship as an everyday thing and not something vital to the plot. _________________

Well Ginny and Harry surprised me because I already knew that Ginny had a crush on Harry in 2nd year i believe but I didn't think Harry felt the same way, and yes I agree the ending was pretty cheesy becuase it didn't really matter because she was in danger already for she is the sister of Harry's bestfriend ;;;;; The Ron/Hermione situation frustrated me because it was soooo OBVIOUS that they were dying to snog each other butttt Ron had to go and ruin it all beacuase he found out Hermione had snogged Victor in 4th year _________________ Forummm Luverrr♥♥♥
well, it would be pretty abnormal if nobody fell in love with anybody. so some people did have to fall in love. those are the cute bits, but not necessarily the meat of the story. _________________
