For some reason, your old account was deactivated. I've reactivated it. Please try to login again.

Also, did you ever receive an error message that used the word "ban" or "banned"? If not, then you weren't banned. It would have been caused by another issue.

no, it never said that I was banned, I just assumed that I was when I couldn't log in.

and did all my posts (not that I had many) go away because it was deactivated? just wondering

All of your posts should still be there. Being deactivated simply stopped you from logging in. You shouldn't have lost any posts or settings.

no, after I was reactivated and posted "thank you" here, my post count was at 1. which doesn't matter, because as I said I didnt have that many posts.

The account "Bella" has been unbanned. Should there be any more evidence found to relate this account to others, the account will be re-banned. You should not be able to login again.
