Oh really? Wow....I hope they didn't cut out a lot of stuff, cuz way more stuff happens in the 4th book than the 2nd.

I agree. They wanted the director to do two films. ( kinda like LOTR) but the second one would be released a month after the first one. The director (following Cuaron's advice) decided agaisnt this idea saying that he would cut the subplots. I mean the dursleys and molly weasley are entirely cut of this film:(
