We've all heard about Hogwarts, and the wonderful wizards who came from there. We're familiar with Durmstrang, Beaubaxtons.. some of us are even aware of Zvezda and Nefer Kem. In every country, there are students with magical abilities, and every country must cater for it.. so what of Australia? Where do they go?
The answer, is Tallygarunga.
Set in the bushlands of Victoria, somewhat to the north-eastern region and roughly two hours travel from the state capital of Melbourne, Tallygarunga prides itself on being one of the few schools to teach specialist classes, such as Musiciary (use of magic through musical means), Alchemy and Cruel & Unusual Geography while maintaining the highest of standards in the usual classes such as Potions and Transfiguration.
With a host of quirky characters and the ability to play anything from a student, to a professor, or even a resident of the local town Narragyambie, Tallygarunga is a small (but long running) RP board that values literacy and improvement among roleplayers.
