I suppose they did, they seemed to like eachother a lot in book...We really didn't get a lot of information on thier relationship

thats true. in book 4 all we know about Cedric is that he is the "real" hogwarts champian and in book 5 all we find out about Cho is that she isn't over Cedric. |

Well, judging from how Cho reacted in the fifth book whenever Cedric was mentioned tells us that she valued their relationship, at the very least. From what JK described, they seemed like a fairly happy couple...almost like those popular kid couples in high schools. So from what I gather, they seemed to be okay.
But of course, we'll never know how close they were since JK didn't really describe them and Cedric got killed off by Voldy.

| Yeah, I agree with you guys. It seemed to me that Cho never did get over Cedric, even when she was kissing Harry she was crying because she was thinking about Cedric. I think it probably wouldn't have worked out between Harry and Cho. |
