How can you say that? HOW CAN YOU?

Ok, Sorry I'm lame, haha. Back to normal-ville Shocked

I don't agree with you at all. I'd say the worst film is Goblet of Fire. I dunno why, it just was. It just didn't feel like.. well Hogwarts..

You say the Order of the Phoenix director was the worst? I disagree. I'd say the Goblet of Fire director. The Goblet of Fires director [Donot know his name] bought me so disapointed, that I thought he hadn't read the book (Till the Graveyard scene. Awesome..) I have watched all the other movies more than I will ever watch Gooblet of Fire. I don't think I'm ever going to watch that movie again, to be honest, it was such a disapointment.

Whereas, Order of the Phoenix. I've seen 3 times. (Yeah, I'm lame lol) And I never get bored of it. Whereas with Goblet of Fire, I would have!

Give the Order of the Phoenix director a break! He did his best, which is more than I can say for that stupid GoF one.

And also, you say about Emma's acting. I'm actually a fan of her acting, and I'd say shes a hundred times better than Daniel Radcliffe was in that movie! Yeah I used to like him in the first 3. But now he can't act

In my humble opinion Smile

It wasn't bad. The only problem was the amount cut out which was expected, as it was the longest book.
As for the locket, i think they'll have Ron and Hermione remeber seeing it while cleaning, before Harry came to Frimmauld place.

A little off topic, but I dont see the big problem with GoF lol I thought it was the best. But anyway, I think OotP was only bad because it was such a long book.

I donīt agree, because I think "Gof" was worse than "Ootp", for example. Actually, my favorite movie is "PoA", but "OotP" is the second one.
So.. Iīm sorry you didnīt enjoy the film Wink

It was the best - great battle, but for the FAR TO LARGE USE OF BIG NEWSPAPER HEADLINES IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A GENUINELY GREAT FILM AND CAUSE HP FILMS TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY, NOT JUST MOKED AS THEY TOTALLY ARE.

I must say I equally dislike all the movies, I just always expect more then boom!! the movie's over and nothing happened like the book, at least in this one Luna was good, but the movies like I said before are like an alternate universe to the books.

i thought this movie was awesome. it was more angsty than the previous 4. but yeah, it's not like Harry to blow someone's head off, like he acted towards Hermionie and Ron, when they were simply just trying to help out. I don't read the books because their too long, but J.K Rowling created the novels, so it might be different in some ways since the director and writer are two different people with different idea's

I agree, it was really good, but some small bits could have been approved though.

I liked the movie, it must have been hard to fit in everything into such a small time frame when adopting it from such a massive text....

I thought this was the worst movie compared to the book, b/c they butchered the book. But just as a movie, without considering the book, it was good.

i can understand what you are saying. i mean yes he did a lot of big no no's. but to me, the movie was good bc it was exiting and i didnt have enought time to think about how horribly off it was or how he left the important things out and made the movie confusing... i prolly didnt know it was confussing bc i had read the book and i could follow. now that i remember my play director who came with the caste, was like waaah? hmm... i guess you gotta be optimistic to watch it... but i still loved the movie.

my boyfriend, who has never read the books, said that it wasnt as good. The whole first half of the movie annoyed the heck out of me with Umbridge. I know thats how it was supposed to be, but they could have done more with the fighting in the end. It was one of the first times I had ever come out of the movies pissed off from a movie.

It was bad.
Firstly, of course, because it had to miss so much out from the book (because as we all know, the fifth is the largest book in the HP series).

The main thing that gets me, though, is when I compare the endings to the fourth and fifth film (the fourth film is by far the best Wink): in the books (and film, I guess) I don't care much for Cedric as a character - we don't exactly learn much about him. Anyway, in the film I cried at his death - becuse it was such a good film see? But in the fifth I didn't shed a single tear over Sirius' death scene, and Sirius is one of my absolutely favourite ever characters! The fact that my FAVOURITE CHARACTER dies and I don't cry just has to prove the film is bad Razz

Rant over :] Basically, film #5 is very badly made. </3
Let's just hope the sixth one is better.

I was very disappointed with the movie. Book wise, Order of the Phoenix was my least favorite, but I still enjoyed it. I figured the movie would be the same, but I was very bored during it. I think it was crucial to explain the semi-broken relationship between Harry, Hermione, and Ron.
Spoiler:

Oh and it think the movie should of also included the part at the end of the book, when Dumbledore was explaining the prophesy to Harry and he was breaking everything. It showed Harry’s frustration and disbelief and it was the first and only time I did not like his character. A better explanation was need about the prophesy in the movie. If I did not read the book, I would have been so lost.
