People 5k posts and up should be aloud to create One Public Usergroup
Example
I would make a Dueling Club Usergroup

Well that's a cool idea but, I think the forums have enough sections as it is. We're still working on re-organizing things.

Thanks for the suggestion. We won't be adding the functionality to allow people to create their own groups (because technical and policy issues), but we would consider more groups should they add value to the site. However, in our current structure, we are trying to limit the amount of forums because of the confusion, complexity, and categorizing problems. I don't believe that we'll be adding any more usergroups in the near future because of this vision.
