Should neville be a Hufflepuff?
I think he should, he practically loves Proffesor Sprout and herbology. And he has a Hufflepuff 'feel'
What do you think? |

No, look at what he became at the end of the seventh book. He's a Gryffindor. _________________ "If you're going through hell, keep going." |

Did you read the 7th book!!! He obviously needed to be in Gryffindor. Plus they even hinted in the 1st book with him standing up to Harry, Ron, and Hermione. Just because he likes herbology dosen't mean anything, he was really brave and loyal to his friends. _________________

He's really brave and courageous at the last book especially. He's not suited for Hufflepuff even though he is good at Herb.(He even got the Gryffindor sword out at the Flaw In the Plan from the Sorting Hat) _________________

Yea, it said in the 2nd book any true Gryffindor in need will be able to get the sword, so that proves it right there. _________________

Neville was loyal and hard working... but he was also very brave and courageous.
By pulling Gryffindor's sword out of the Sorting Hat it proved that he is a Gryffindor, through and through. _________________

it made me so happy when he got the sword out of the hat! I'd been defending his gryffindorness for ages and I finally thought people would get it...but apparently they didn't understand how he got the sword. *sigh* Neville rocks my socks off. _________________

If I have to explain to one more person how Neville got the sword when Griphook had it I'm going to scream. _________________

Even though he has courage I really do think he belongs in another house. I just don't think he is Gryffindor material. I mean just because people are willing to fight doesn't mean they have courage. It's actually a hard question to answer because you have to consider the last book. I think it comes down to the last book versus all the others. _________________

I think he should still be in Gryffindor, because he doesn't seem it, but in an overall, i think he's quite brave. _________________ Animagus:Troll (LoL!)

nope.
the sorting hat saw right through him and knew he would do well as a gryffindor.
after all, at the end, he was one of the bravest.
he'd do well in hufflepuff, though.
that would probably be the best house to be in for him other than gryffindor. _________________ www.theboywholivedd.piczo.com

Neville is one of the bravest characters in the books, he is noble and can tell the "difference between what's right and what's easy". So he's a Gryffindor. _________________ Fact 1: Moody rocks your socks. And mine too.

the first book even proved he was courageous, standing up to harry, ron, and hermione when they try to leave. neville tries to stop them. that takes courage, standing up to your friends. _________________

He's a Gryffindor through and through! At the end of DH, he becomes extremely brave, loyal, and *shivers* irresitible.
