If he cared about losing his closest Death Eaters he wouldn't have killed Snape, regardless of needing the elder wand.

Hmmmm, i think it was in anger that she was gone, he had no one who was so loyal to him, so he had no one.. he could kinda trust with important missions and such.

I really dont think he loved her at all, i think she annoyed him because he knew that she loved him. He only really kept her around for so long because she was so in love with him she would do anything.

So the scream was anger
