I think the wand your talking about was Viktor (Victor?) Krum's. If you notice during the maze part when he's possessed and they show him with his wand it's all windy like a misshaped unicorn horn (only example I could think of.)

Yea, Krum's was the only wand I noticed that was odd shaped. Did somebody step on it? Knowing Krum's intelligence, or lack there of, it was most likely himself.

Hmm I noticed that too. Well his wand was made by Gregorovitch, maybe his wands are just made differently.

I didn't really pay attention to the shapes of peoples wands as I watched a sneek peak and the director said they just pick random fake wands, they don't have any certain ones.

ooooh, I remember that sneak peak. It made me wonder why they did that... then make a big deal about selling wand replicas of the characters. I wonder if in that sneak peak they showed if they were just using the rehearsal prop wands. Meaning, those weren't the wands they used when they actually filmed the scenes. Maybe those were being kept safe so they wouldn't be damaged when it came time to actually film. I doubt they have exact wands for each character, but I remember Evanna Lynch pulling a wnad from the group and I'm sure they meant to sell her wand replica, too.

Ya, I they could have wands they use for practing so the other ones don't get damaged, it's an intresting theory..
