I think it will be extremely simple as to whom dies. The characters you have seen the most in the books other than Harry of course.
 RON and HERMIONE
Reasoning: They are his only true family. Sure there are other characters close to Harry, but Ron and Hermy have always been there through it all. Even when others wasn't or couldn't. Their true love for him will cost them everything but possibly save the only one to save it all. |

Well we all know that Voldy has to die. The main villlain dies. Good guy wins.
As for the two main chars. that will go ....
-Ginny Weasely - dies sacrificing her life for Harry.
-Ron Weasely - dies sacrificing his life for Hermione.
And probably
- Neville - after he kills Bellatrix
- Snape - Harry hated him for so long, he just gotta go!
- Umbridge - Because she's a b*tch
I think JK originally wanted to finish off Hermione, but instead decided to kill off Ron and Ginny. |

no this is true for a fact because it was on the news last night (interview with JK rowling) that she said that ron and hermonie will NOT die!
Also, i think that voldermort and hagrid will die and dumbledore will get a reprieve.
