I like it, it's fun to see stuff from Snape's point of view especially as a child, but you make the mauaders seem really mean. It's good though, you should update! _________________

The days until the trial passed at the same speed of wildfire spreading through a dry field-Severus barely even registered that the days had happened.
He awoke on Saturday morning, his wand spinning in a small circle and emitting a noise similar to what the device that had gotten him into this mess had made. He muttered something and immediately it stopped spinning. He grabbed the most formal robes that he had brought to Hogwart's, shoving his wand in the inside pocket. He ran a quick brush through his black hair, right below his ears. It shined now, perfectly clean... he had been taking extra care of it lately to impress Lily. There was a knock at his bedroom door just as he had finished getting ready, and there was one of his fellow Slytherins, looking quite annoyed to have been woken up this early.
"Go back to sleep," Severus said, walking past the younger-looking boy and down to the commonroom... the headmaster was supposed to come here and get him, to take him to the Ministry of Magic for his trial. He sighed, moments like this always seemed to pass agonizingly slow. He stared into the charred remains of last night's fire, obviously the prefects weren't awake yet or there would have been a new fire lit. He decided to be kind, and do it for them. "Incendio," He whispered, and the fireplace roared to life again, it's warmth hitting him almost instantly. After what seemed like hours, the headmaster entered the Slytherin commonroom.
"Severus, are you ready for your first trip to the Ministry of Magic?" The headmaster asked, just barely stepping into the commonroom. Severus stood, a bit anxious.
Also, where's Pettigrew? I'm just waiting for him to make his move. _________________ Follow, please follow me home

"Then let us be off." The headmaster turned on his heel, leaving Severus to follow.
"Yes, sir." Severus followed willingly, out of the dungeons where the Slytherin commonroom was located and out to the grounds of Hogwart's. The headmaster stopped, turning back to Severus for a breif moment.
"As you know, it is impossible to apparate into Hogwart's. So we shall fly to a location just outside of the grounds, and we shall use sidealong Apparition from there." The headmaster gave Severus a look as if he was waiting for approval-Severus nodded.
Two brooms appeared from what seemed like nowhere, but Severus guessed that the headmaster had done a non-verbal spell summoning the brooms. He caught one quickly as it flew at him, mounting it before the headmaster had even registered he had caught the broom.
"Good and ready?" The headmaster asked Severus, after also mounting his broom. Severus nodded in reply. "Well, then, let's be off." The headmaster rose slightly into the air, and Severus followed suit. They flew silently, Severus slightly behind the headmaster as to follow him. They landed in a field, it seemed like they had been flying for about 5 minutes... making them about a mile away from the boundaries of the Hogwart's grounds. The headmaster turned once again to Severus. "Take hold of my arm... we're now going to Apparate to just outside the Ministry of Magic." Severus did as he was told and grabbed the headmaster's arm, surprised at how strong his own grip was... he was actually afraid... but if anyone knew that... if Lily knew that... she would never think of him the same again.
A crushing sensation filled his body, as if the air in his lungs had been sucked out, and there was no more coming in. When the feeling subsided, he found himself on a busy Muggle street, full of people rushing to work...
Rush hour... He thought to himself, remembering that word from Muggle studies class. He betted that Lily's parents were somewhere in this 'rush hour,' bustling to through the busy street and looking for the buildings they worked in. He heard words in the background, but what had the headmaster said? He was walking toward a phone booth, which Severus knew only because it was another thing that he had been taught about in Muggle Studies. Severus decided to follow, thinking that it would probably be the best option. He struggled into the phone booth after the headmaster, feeling quite cramped.
"Erm, headmaster, is there a reason we're... in a phone booth?" He asked, looking at the headmaster quizzically.
"Oh yes, Severus, this is the Muggle-world entry to the Ministry of Magic. Wait one moment." The headmaster slid some sort of coin into the slot located near the telephone, and a voice came onto the speaker.
"Ministry of Magic, please state your purpose."
"We are here for an Improper Use of Magic hearing." The headmaster replied shortly, and more calm than Severus would have expected. Immediately they began to slide downward, startling Severus quite a bit. The more he saw of the Ministry of Magic, the more awestruck he became. A beautiful statue stood in the middle of the lobby they had entered, and thousands of fireplaces lined the walls, emitting Ministry workers that were transported through the Floo Network. "Well, come then." The headmaster transported him back to Earth with his words, and Severus followed, still taking in his surroundings.
"This is amazing," He whispered, mostly to himself, but immediately after he had uttered the words, he felt strangely ashamed-similar to a child who had done something bad and admitted to it. He didn't know why, but it seemed as if the headmaster would think his awe was childish.
"It is indeed," The headmaster said, calming Severus quite a bit. They entered a room that looked like a Muggle courtroom, and the headmaster stared pointedly at a seat in the middle of the room, implying that Severus sit down. He did willingly, almost a little too willingly, and waited for the chairs that he guessed held the council to fill. _________________
