I know none of you watch any Wrestling but I thought I should post this anyway in the memory of Eddie Guerrero.
Eddie passed away this Monday from causes unknown; he was only 38 years old and was supposed to become World Heavyweight Champion today.

WWE is deeply saddened by the news that Eddie Guerrero has passed away. He was found dead this morning in his hotel room in Minneapolis. Eddie is survived by his wife Vickie and his two daughters.

ESPN rarely covers deaths in pro wrestling, but they are covering the death of Eddie Guerrero. Here is a link to an article regarding Eddie Guerrero. It's filed under the "More Sports" section. It notes that an autopsy was planned today.
"The Herd With Colin Cowherd", and Colin Cowherd said some rude comments about Eddie Guerrero's passing. He accused Eddie and other wrestlers of steroid use. Cowherd said, "who cares that he died" and that Guerrero's death was not "newsworthy." He also started speculation on the "unknown causes" of his death. Colin Cowherd has a subsite on ESPN.com.
The funeral is planned for Thursday in Scottsdale, AZ. The family has asked that the location remain private so that it doesn't become an overwhelming scene. Chris Benoit, Chavo Guerrero Jr., Rey Mysterio and JBL all stayed behind to attend the funeral.
R.I.P Eddie Guerrero.

Yes he died in his prime; he was wrestling fine just a week ago.

I don't follow wrestling, but I'm sorry he died. My prayers are with him and his family. I doubt he died of drugs or alcohol. He looks like he took pride in his body. He may have had a heart attack. probably not from a coronary. Maybe he already had an arrythmia he didn't know about. like SVT which people have died of in their sleep from loud noises, then their hearts start beating really fast. SVT the V fib and death. It's treatable if they find out in time. It takes a EKG and a cardiologist to diagnosis. They will be doing a autopsy. Let us know when you find out what he died of okay?

They had the autopsy today and the results were inconclusive. Everyone seems to think he died due to heart failure. They found him in his hotel bathroom with his toothbrush in his mouth.
He used to be on drugs more than 4 years ago but then he turned his whole life around and became one of the most liked and respected wrestlers of all time. He had been sober for over 4 years and on his way to the hotel he was telling his nephew (who is also a wrestler) how lucky he was to get off drugs and alcohol and how glad he was to still be alive.
Tonight's Eddie Guerrero special on MSNBC will be repeated at 1AM.

The drugs and stuff may have damaged his heart muscle.
My Mom smoked cigarettes for 25 years, quit 15 years ago and
she still got lung cancer. It was the slow growing kind. She had
to have a modified lobectomy but she's okay now. The cancer
probably wont return. The damage was already done, the
lung couldn't completely forget that insult. Ya just never know
what damage you could be doing.

It is sad; they still don’t know how he died.
He has 2 daughters, they were his only children.
