I got this idea from another post...

Someone had asked about what the catalyst would be for the Harry/Ginny kiss in HBP, since they tend to change so much around.

Well, that's true. They took out S.P.E.W. and haven't mentioned Hermione's hatred of Elf enslavement. In DH Ron's caring comment about elves was what made Hermione drop everything and kiss him. Assuming they keep SPEW out of the movies, since they already did in GoF, and OotP and it isn't mentioned in HBP book, then what do you think will be the catalyst for the Ron/Hermione kiss in DH? A different comment?

They might just keep it in the same sense and play up Hermirones love of elves when she is dealing with Kreacher.

knowing yates theyll prolly have ron run away then it skips to the fight at hogwarts where r and hermoine are making out Rolling Eyes

^God, I hope not. Um...I guess they might try to bring up SPEW in the next film, I don't really know, but that's a good point.

I wondered this too and after watching OotP I wouldn't be surprised if they don't use any proper catalyst, they might not even show the kiss, or just include the comment Ron makes about it being now or never with him and Hermione.

Don't know but will be interesting to see, it will be a very difficult scene to choreograph

I really hope they show it!! It's a great, ironic part seeing as how Ron and hermione have argued constantly for so long and now come together.

my impression of yates is that he has to top every other movie... even if it sint accurate... so... once ron gets back and saves harry... theres gonna be a sex scene... yep... good o'yates is gonna make sure he makes a rated r out of kids book.

Since they actually did include Kreacher in OotP (which I was surprised about since so many other things were dropped) they can use his character to show Hermione's concern for house-elves.

they're garaunteed to think of a good way to do it but It wont be as good as in the book. Ron will probably say something brave about them going into the battle or this may be their last adventure and Hermione will seize the moment.

I hope its NOT done the way Nicholas Cage randomly kissed the blonde woman in 'National Treasure'. Right before he cheesily said, "Come 'ere!" and grabbed her, I had taken my first sip of water. I swear, I almost sprayed it all out when it happened!

I hope the R/H is classic!

They could always mention Hermione's care for house elves when they're with Kreacher, and at Dobby's funeral.
