That's why I'd rather stun them. I can always, while they're stunned, bind them up with ropes. Like what DD did to Barty Jr in GoF.

I think I would stun them, I did chooose confuse, but rethinking it, I would stun then, take their wands, or even use the paralysing jinx on them..what the hell is it called, I completely forgot...oh Patrificus Totalus...anyways, I would do that and take their wand and snap it...

If you take Greyback's wand away from him, he'll just bite your head off, literally. Just kill 'em. And the Malfoys were still d-bags who probably killed people anyway. They were confused in the end, that doesn't make them good people.

i would do the confusion spell because i'd call for my broom and fly away and use a shielding charm just in case

I would never kill a Death Eater because if I did I wouldn't be better than they.
Stunning is the best option, because they are like dead and can't attack you, but they will be able to recover. Also it is as fast as Avada Kedavra.

I chose the stunning spell. I wouldn't want to hurt them or kill them, just shut them down.

I would go with the stunning spell, with the same short-term effect as AK, but without the murder.
