I actually like that idea. I would want them to at least have the Shell Cottage though I'd prefer it if they at least had the wedding. But it really depends on if they show Bill and Fleur in Half-Blood Prince. _________________ Avi by Orchid.

because Kingsley's patronus comes and tells them that the minister is dead and everything and this all happens at the wedding. And when Harry talks to Rons Aunt and stuff. Its a big deal the wedding, and surely they cant have that without Fleur?

Well said. There is no point in casting Fleur if she doesn't appear in HBP but even if she's cast in HBP there's no guarantee she'll be cast in the final film. However, I honestly feel that Fleur will come back for the final two, and they will find a Bill, too. If they leave out Fleur and Bill in the 6th film, they're leaving out a big plot line in the final film. Fleur and Bill's relationship and eventual marriage, is far too important. _________________ Harry + Ginny

i think she will have a decent part, they seem to be working close with JK so they would know she is a continuing character. i think if they cut anything it will be the planning of the wedding and the small talk in between. harry can find out about aunt whoever she was and godrics hollow "off screen" and say he overheard it at the wedding. _________________

Well, I believe that GF was filmed before the release of the book HBP, and definitely before the release of DH. No-one really knew if Fleur was going to be just a one book character. We, now know she's not. Still, Rowling told Yates to include Kreacher in the 5th film, because Kreacher was so important in DH. But DH wasn't released when she told Yates to keep Kreacher. Maybe it doesn't matter. I prefer that the old Fleur be recast, or no Fleur. I don't think I can stand a new actress playing Fleur. _________________ Harry + Ginny
I think they will sort of have to, because she is involved in the wedding scene (which is important to keep), as well as when they go back to the cottage (which is dificult to remove).
They will definitely want to keep the scene where Kingsley's Patronus crashes the wedding. And if they're going to keep that, they have to show the wedding. Hence, Fluer will most likely get a decent part.
They need Fleur & Bill.
They need the fighting at the Burrow 'cause Mrs. Weasley hates Fleur then when Bill gets atacked by Greyback it changes 'cause Fleur will stay with him even after he's disfigured and may have werewolf traits.
And also one of my favourite ever scenes in the book was Lupin and Tonks arguing about Lupin being a werewolf and too old for Tonks in front of everyone.
And at the wedding Harry's view of DD is getting blurred and Krum talks about the DH symbol thingy thinking it was Grindelwald's symbol.
Also they need Bill and Fleur's home to bury Dobby. _________________

If this is true I'll be very angry if they don't put them in, not only do I like the couple but it's rather important, and I'd hope JK would want them to keep them in as well.
Really I think they didn't portray her very well even in GoF but they didn't put her in OotP at all -_-; Which I didn't like. The character can be annoying but actually she's pretty realistic, 'cept for looks. The annoying but loving way to her is very nice.
Anyway I really hope they put her in, and keep the actress..even if they had another actress she needs to be there, and so does Bill.
Let's just hope, if they do go with another, it isn't as bad as the new DD ;-; _________________
Huuummm, I think that they should put with loads of details the most importante parts, the crucial ones, then, if the films isn't too long, they can put parts like the wedding and stuff... _________________ Nothing can separe me from HARRY POTTER.
