WB chooses snowy scenery for OOTP opening

Heavy snow showers have fallen over Scotland in the past week and they're set to continue. According to a report by The Daily Telegraph: "The only part of Scotland without snow is Glen Etive and Glencoe, where the latest Harry Potter movie is being made. Warner Brothers have chosen Fort William and the nearby glens as a preferred area for Harry Potter & The Order of the Phoenix and snow-capped mountains are vital for the opening sequence."

However, this doesn't make sense. The opening scenes in OOTP, where the Dementors attack Harry and Dudley, and the Order takes Harry to Grimmauld Place, don't involve snow-capped mountains. We'll fill you in on anything WB reveals to us on this topic.

Is it the opening scene?
Or the first scene their shooting?

The first chapter is needed in the film! We need to see Harry getting attacked by the dementors and then fending them off (illegal use of magic, that is why he has to go to court!) We have to see Lupin, Moody and Tonks coming for Harry to take him to the Order, that plays a vital role in the book. I am going to be mad if too much is taken out!
