Well, not only is Dan Radcliffe in many more scenes... pretty much every single one of them... but that salary might include all the other things they do to him, like putting his face on paper plates and stuff like that. They do that to all three of them, but he gets it the worst. So I understand why he gets more... but it does seem dramatically more, doesn't it?

Emma has always gotten the least of the three (she's also the youngest so that may have something to do with it.)
But from the Fan's aspect it sucks - because it means it's 25 million dollars they could have put toward special effects, longer film, opening in more theaters...etc etc. instead it just goes into Daniels pockets

plus dan has so many more difficult scenes, like in the GoF when they had to film the whole 2nd task underwater.

oh poor baby...lol...yes his scenes are harder but they should be as he's the star - i still don't think he's worth 25 million dollars he's not Harrison Ford after all

Well, they all did the underwater task, but yeah, not as much as Dan did. Plus, he does all his own stunts. And I still maintain that it has got to be super weird to have your face plastered on children's underpanties.
If Emma Watson makes more money it most likely has to do with her age. Rupert Grint, being older and out of school since he was 16 is able to work more hours and doesn't require onset tutoring.

while it is extremely disturbing, i highly doubt that he would be paid a lot extra for it
