ok this is the first fanfic ive ever wrote so im gonna put up the first chapter and see what people think of it and then ill put up more.
This story picks up right after the last chapter of DH (not the epilogue)
Chapter 1
In His Arms Again
Harry Ron and Hermione left the headmasters office exhausted from the nights battle and wanting nothing but to be in there commen room for the first time in almost a year. The walk up to Gryffindor Tower felt slightly empty as all the statues and Suit’s of Armer had not come back from there failed attempt at keeping the Death Eaters out of the grounds.
So this is it said Hermione, the war is really over. Harry pointed out that they still needed to round up the Death Eaters and I dougt many will get off this time. With any luck Malfoy will get thirty years said Ron with a triumphant look on his face. I don’t know, his mom really helped me out back there even if she just wanted to get to Draco.
They arrived at the Fat Lady suddenly realizing that they didn’t know the password, to there delight she looked down at Harry and said “oh my” and opened without another word. When Harry walked in he saw Ginny sitting alone by the fire, He wanted to sleep but knew that she must have been waiting for him so he took a seat next to her (Hermione grabed Ron and pulled him upstairs). Harry said hello and Ginny gave him a small smile and said hi. they sat silent for a few minutes, it was the first time they were alone since they kissed at the burrow. Kreacher was up here to get the fire going a few minutes ago said Ginny in a bad attempt to not sound okward. Was he said harry glad to not be the first to speak, yeah why is he being so nice, i meen we coulden’t have had any chance without the help of all those house elfs. Yeah said Harry, lets just say he's had a change of heart.
There eye's met and Harry knew what he wanted to say. Ginny im really sorry that we haven't been able to see each other all year, but i havent stoped thinking about you since i left, and i know ive never told you but I love you and i want to spend the rest of my li, Ginny dived on him in mid sentence and was now kissing him like if she didn't the world would emplode. After a few minutes they broke apart. Ginny had tears in her eyes when she said "I love you too". Harry who was suddenly feeling wide awake took her hand and walked with her to the room of requirment where he knew they wouldent be disturbed.
Harry woke to find Ginny crying into his soulder and didn't have to ask to know what was wrong. Today she would have to watch fred be buried. he coulden't think of anything to comfert her so he just held her tightly, this must have been enough for her because she then gave him a kiss and began to dress. when they left the room of requirment Ginny took his hand and Harry suspected she didn't want him to leave her sight for even a moment. But when they reached the Great Hall harry over heard McGonagall giving instructions to some of her older students, and for gods sake try to sound comferting. he knew that they must be going to tell people that there loved ones had died, McGonagall looked at a list, ok Remus and Nymphadora lupin, WAIT Harry walked up to the small crowd around her and said Ill take that one. Don't be silly potter you've done enough. No im Teddy's god father i sould be the one to tell Mrs.Tonks. Very well Potter but you must hurry the Funeral start in 3 hours. Harry turned to look at Ginny who now looked downright angry with him for leaving. i know your mad at me but ill be be back as soon as i can, her emotions stayed the same. well i love you, goodbye, at these words she gave him a long kiss goodbye and said i love you too. Harry watched her walk away feeling slightly confused that her feelings changed so fast.
As Harry walked across the grounds he saw fifty or so caskets by the lake near Dumbledore's tomb. Ron, Hermione, Slughorn and Flitwick were levitating body's into the caskets. Professor Sprout planting flowers with her wand. Harry where have you been said Ron who was gently placing Snape in a casket, no ones seen you since you and Ginny were talking. Yeah we just woke up, Harry had said to much and Ron looked furious. Hermione walked over and said hello, Harry seezed this moment to tell them where he was going and Ron seemed to think better about yelling at Harry. Well i better go, bye and he walked off towards the gates that led into Hogsmeade. when he got just outside of Howarts he appearated to The House that he had seen only once before and at the time he was feeling much like he was now. There was a brass knocker on the door which he knocked 4 times. It was still very early in the morning and it took Mrs.Tonks a few Minutes to arrive at the door. when she saw Harry she urgently said is it true. Harry had no idea how she had found out but he said yes im afraid it is. She was jumping up in down with joy and Harry realized that she was talking about Voldemort. Mrs.tonks there's a couple things i need to tell you, Mrs.tonks had Harry come in and they sat in her living room. Well first i sould tell you that Bellatrix has been killed, she looked slightly sad but seemed to think that it was for the best, and also, he had looked in her eye's and she seemed to know what was coming. and also Remus and Nymphadora, they were silent for a few minutes and then Mrs. Tonks said how did she die. well i wasn't there but from what ive heard she died in battle. A small smile came across her face and she said Nymphadora would have wanted it that way.
When Harry arrived back in Hogsmeade he turned not at Hogswarts but at the Hogshead. he walked in and saw Aberforth behind the bar, hello Harry can i get you a butterbear. Harry simply responded by saying "Fire Whisky". Aberforth looked at him then poored a shot glass, funny Harry i didn't think of you as much of a drinker, im not said harry as he drained his glass and held it out for more. i just had to tell a mom that her daughter was dead, oh said Aberforth so you're gonna just drink your problems away are ya potter. it took Aberforth a minute or two to get Harry to quit drinking and Harry was now understanding just how potent Fire Whisky was, he had only had 5 shots and he was having trouble staying on his stool, he left only when Aberforth refussed to poor any more. he was now heading to Hogwarts, he triped two times and even walked into a wall but he managed to get all the way up to the castle. He walked into the Great Hall and saw Ron, Hemoine and Ginny sitting alone in a corner. he walked over and sat down next to Ginny, she was very happy to see him, they kissed for a moment and then HAVE YOU BEEN DRINKING! Harry lied and said no but she saw right through him. I CANT BELEAVE YOU WENT AND GOT DRUNK WHEN YOU KNEW THAT I NEEDED YOU! And she stormed out of the Great Hall and everyone was now looking at him. Flitwick was a table away and harry heard him mutter something and Harry felt much less dizzy.
The hour between Ginny storming out of the Great hall and the funeral was almost unbarable. Ron had reinstated his anger about Harry and Ginny sleeping together. Harry had hoped that Ron would assume that they simply fell asleep together but here he was saying "Harry what if you had got her pregnent" and there was several times that Harry had to say "Ron you're talking to loud, you're dad would kill me, i meen he dosn't like me that much". He only stoped because Hermione said "Ron shut up, you know that if i said ok were gonna have sex now you would be all for it".
when Harry, Ron and Hermoine left for the funeral they ended up walking with Ginny (who acted like Harry wasn't there). Ginny and Hermoine were talking about all the friends they had lost, and the Ron brought up Fred. tears were appearing in both girls eyes and when Harry went to take Ginny's hand she simply smacked it away and gave him a dirty look. It also wasn't helping that Ron was succesfully Comferting Hermione. When the Funeral started Ginny sat on the other side of Ron and Hermione, she was clearly using every effert to stay away from Harry. the man that was at Dumbledore's Funeral was talking about all the sacrafises that had been made but Harry couldent concentrate on what was happening because Ginny was now crying like he had never seen. He thought she resembled the founten that is in the minestry.
They were now naming off the people that had Died and they were on the U's. Harry coulden't stand watching her their alone. And then they said "Fred Weasley". Ginny let out a whall and began to cry harder then before, Harry couldent do it any longer. He got up and sat down next to Ginny and before he could put his arms around her she was crying into his soulder and holding him so tight that it was hard to breath.
About 20 minutes later on the way back up to the castle Harry said "Ginny im sorry that i was such an asshole today" Ginny said you really werent you just kissed me with bad breath and i over reacted. Harry couldent help but laigh about this because he knew for a fact that bad breath had only got him caught and had nothing to do with her anger but he was glad she was letting it go. when they got up to the commen room it was erie how silent it was. Harry had only seen it like this once, it was after Hermione had been attacked in his second year. He almost brought this up to Ginny when he remembered that it could only make her angry with him again.
Harry suddenly noticed that Ron and Hermione had left the room. Ginny did you see Ron and Hermione leave. I saw them leave but i donk know where there going, there was something suspicous about the way she said this but Harry let it go.
Chapter 4
Night At The Hogshead
Harry and Ginny spent the rest of the day in the commen room, the silence had become boring so they made out to pass time and because Harry wanted to keep Ginny's mind of Fred. By 11 p.m. Ginny had fallin asleep on a sofa that was facing the fire. Harry was now sitting on an arm chair and was looking at Ginny and thinking that she looked so peaceful when she was sleeping. the commen room was now empty and Ginny was waking up. She saw Harry and said i love you, this had become a commen phraze between the two but this was the first time Ginny had said it first and Harry was very happy when he said i love you too. I dont want to leave you said ginny and Harry looked confused so she cleared it up, i meen i dont want to sleep alone. we can sleep in the Room Of Requirment again said Harry. No! shouted Ginny. Harry was starting to realize where Ron and Hermione had been, but he did not bring it up because Ginny was now brick red. well we can stay at the Hogshead. Ginny looked at him and said how are we going to get there, ive heard Fred and George talking about tunnels. She looked sad at these words and Harry was quick to say yes i know about all the tunnels but we don't need to get that stealthy, we can just walk through the front gate. What do you meen said Ginny. Well earlier i was able to unlock the gates so McGonagall must have added me to the list of people that can get in and out of the grounds. i meen i'm not even a student, i'm just staying here for a bit.
Ten minutes later Harry was walking down to the grounds with Ginny next to him under the cloak. Just as he got to the oak front doors McGonagall's voice came from behind him, going out for a drink Potter. Harry turned around and said yes i was going to have a few Butterbear's. very well said McGonagall and Harry and Ginny started back towards the door and then McGonagall said o and Miss Weasley, Harry and Ginny froze and he looked back at McGonagall, she continued, you sould remember that the cloak dosn't hide sound, you may want to step softer. Ginny giggled from under the cloak and McGonagall gave a small smile and walked away. When they were in the grounds harry said that women's punishments are all mixed up, if you break a few rules you might end up house seeker.
When they got inside the Hogshead a middle aged man was now pooring drinks. Harry walked up and said i wasnt sure if you would still be open. the man said yes well You Know Who's death has made it busy, so what can i do for you. Do you have any rooms left, yes said the man and Harry gave him 30 Sicles and took the key to the room and left before the man could realize who he was talking too. when they got inside there room Ginny said Harry i almost forgot that classes start back up tomarow, were gonna have to get up early so i can get to class, sorry. No problem said Harry i want to see Ron and Hermione anyway, and with a flick of his wand the lights went out and they fell asleep once again in each others arms.
this is sounding almost similar to muggle life... the sneaking away with women in bathrooms... the coming home drunk lol. nice work nonetheless _________________

Here's my problem with it. You have a ton of simple spelling mistakes, but the thing that is annoying me is that your not using proper grammer, such as quotation marks. It's real annoying because you can't tell who's talking. But other then that keep the stories coming because they're good, but maybe cut down on the sexual stuff. _________________

Chapter 5
New Employment
They woke up early the next morning so they could get back to Hogwarts on time for Ginny's classes. Harry went down stairs to give the key back (Ginny was cleaning up the room). When Harry got down stairs the bar was empty and Aberforth looked like he had just got up. Blimy Harry Glen didn't tell me you had got a room said Aberforth, why didnt you stay at the school. Ginny walked in the bar and Aberforth said "oh". Harry went red and said goodbye to Aberforth and he walked out into Hogsmeade with Ginny. They had got up a little earlier then they needed too and Ginny was looking at window display's as they walked, they reached a pet store and in the window there was about 20 kittens that couldent be older the 5 days. Ginny said oh Harry there so cute, lets go pet them. When Ginny went to pet a Kitten that had pitch black fur and Yellow eyes, it climbed up her arm, rested on her soulder and nibbled on her ear. Harry was sure she had fallin in love with the cat at this point. Harry walked over to the witch that worked behind the counter and said how much for the kitten that she's holding. She looked over at Ginny and said o yes he was born only 2 days ago, well lets see i think i could let him go for thirty galoons but i cant go any lower. Harry looked back over at Ginny and decided that he would get her the cat. When Harry walked back over to Ginny she was reluctently trying to put the cat back in the window display and the cat was putting up a good fight, Harry said Ginny you don't have to put the cat back, Ginny shook the cat loose and turned to Harry and said what do you meen? I just bought him for you. Ginny looked at Harry for a moment and then said ive always wanted a cat but my parents could never pay for one. Harry this is the nicest thing anyone's ever done for me. She gave Harry a rather passionete kiss and wasted no time to retreive the cat from the display. On the way across the grounds Harry said what are you going to name him? Ginny looked at the cat and then said "Sirius".
When Harry and Ginny got back to Hogwarts they found Ron and Hermione already eating. Ginny sat down next to Hermione and they began to whisper. Ron looked angry about this but something seemed to keep him from telling Hermione this. they had only sat down a minute when McGonagall walked over and said Harry, Hermione may i have a word. Harry knew something was odd because she had never addressed Harry by his first name. She led them to her office where she had them sit down. She said i need to ask a rather large faver from you two, ive been trying to find replacements for the Defence Against The Dark Arts and Muggle Studies jobs but im afraid its too short notice. I never would have considered hiring two seventeen year olds but i just dont have a better idea, i need you two to fill the posts. Harry and Hermione looked shocked and McGonagall said it will only be for this last month of the year. Harry you were always good in Defence Against The Dark Arts so just teach each year what you were taught in that year. And Hermione you were raised by Muggles so there soulden't be a problem. Harry and Hermione accepted the jobs and left for the Great Hall still looking Shocked.
When Harry and Hermione sat back down next to Ron and Ginny in the Great Hall Hermione said you guys will never gess what just happened. Ron and Ginny looked at her and she said we've been made Professors. Ron and Ginny were both happy for them (though Harry suspected Ron was jealus) and Ginny was still telling Harry how she was prowd of him when harry saw Slughorn and Hagrid pointing at two empty seets between them at the head table. Harry said bye to Ginny and Ron and he and Hermione walked to the seats and sat down. Hagrid kept saying things like "i always knew you kids would end up doing well" and "i'm so proud of you two"
interesting.... - but where was Chapter 6, i was up at 2 looking for it...but it wasn't there.... _________________ The boy who lived marries the wrong girl.
