| I am in hopes that book seven comes out this year, but I do not believe it will. We have the movie coming out July 13 and the books usually come out during the summer. I think that the book and the movie coming out at the same time, would never happen. Sooner rather than latter, IMO! |

I personally would love to see book 7 released on 07/07/2007. It would be such a memorable date to end the series.
I understand that JKR is being sensitive to the 07/07 London bombings and so could be avoiding that release date. However I feel that 07/07/07 is different enough from 07/07 that she could release book 7 without it causing too much offence.
Officially though JKR is going for later on in July. |

I thought it would be awesome if it was relesed on 07/07/07 but it is going to be released on 07/21/07. at least that is what it says on mugglenet.com. |
