Harry and Ginny are good together for lots of reasons.
First of all they bother fell in love with each other independently and then began dating
Harry becomes part of the Weasily family and his best friend Ron is now a brother-in-law.
They have similar interests. (Both play quidich... and so on)
Plus everyone wanted to see Hermione and Ron happy. If Hermione ended up with Harry, Ron would be left out and not have anyone to love. (except Lavender  )
I can think of more reasons but that is enough.
I'm happy with the way JKR set up the ending relationships.

And I know Ron didn't want Luna - but he still would have fit with her, and then Harry and Hermione could have been happy together....wait...must...stop...self...can't let this take over ANOTHER thread.

But ya see - I still think Luna liked Ron, since she talked to him alot, stared at him, etc. But who know.

The funny thing is, they're both so erratic it might have worked.
But then I'm stuck with Ron/Hermione again (see I'm clinging to straws)

But comeon...Cho's hotter than Ginny, Harry had feelings for Cho first.
You don't think Ginny is just the tinniest bit jealous???
Oh, and speaking of this Anyone who's seen OOTP in theaters, am I immagining it or does Ginny look furious that Harry is gunna be alone with Cho?

I think Ginny is secure that Harry won't go back out with Cho or anything. But Cho is Harry's ex, no one wants to see their current with their ex. When Ginny offered up Luna as a tourguide instead, I thought, "catfight!" I think it was more Ginny telling Cho to give it up more than Ginny being scared Harry would go back to Cho. And it wasn't like Harry protested.
I saw the movie and yeah, Ginny keeps giving these "looks." It's great, the looks are definitely more sad than jealous... the entire theater was just, like, "AWWW", everytime it happened.

Ok, that's a good point.
But I think Cho makes her move alittle too late (but I was so hopeing to read about her and Ginny getting in a fight)
And my little brother started laughing at Ginny anytime she looked at Harry while he was talking to Cho. It wasn't very nice.
Ok, here's a new challenge on Ginny....how do we know she's not a fame seeking little girl? I mean, she's lived in a shabby house, in a big family, with no money, etc. And she's been overshadowed by all her brothers.
Don't you think even just a small part of her wishes that she could have something up on all of them, and the Famous Harry Potter is it?

Well, she does go on to play Quidditch professionally. So she didn't really need Harry financially either way. But she still wanted him.
Cho was the one who went out with all the popular boys, Cedric, Harry, and Roger Davies. Then she tries to come get Harry back again. It just as easy to say that Cho would be the attention seeker.

Yes, I agree there. Although Cedric seemed to really care about her though - or atleast he did until he died.
Hermione says it best when she says: "Cho's feeling guilty about likeing Harry so soon after Cedric died." So ya she was a bit of a player, but I think Cedric was someone she really cared about.

Ithink it could be made to look like anyone who goes out with harry could be an attention seeker, if you just put them in the right light.

Right, but does she really care about Harry? When Harry asked her to the dance she really did sound sorry. But did she really like Harry? Besides Quidditch they didn't have much else to talk about. Their relationship fell apart because Harry just wasn't into her.

Ummm... I was only using that term as an example. Attention seeker, gold-digger, whatever the word, yeah. Harry does need to worry about who he agress to go out with. Not all of the girls that like him wanted attention or fame or anything like. You have to assume that some of the girls might really have liked him.
