Hey if you like it please write a comment! This is only chapter one, more coming! I really hope you will enjoy this story as much as i enjoy writing it. Info: Harry is having weird dreams about his friends getting killed, and even worse he's getting a crush on Hermione!

Between Dreams And Reality
Chapter 1: The dream
Tom Riddle hit the floor. Killed by his own curse. Voldemort was dead.
A month later.
He was a hero. Harry Potter, the boy that defeated the dark lord. Everyone was talking about him. Everybody wanted to be his friend. But there was somebody, that wanted to be more than just his friend...
Harry woke up in the middle of the night. He had had the dream. The nightmare. Everyday since the death of Voldemort, he had dreamed about it. The only thing he could remember from the dream when he woke up was...The corpses of his best friends, Ron and Hermione. He was in the boys room in the Gryffindor common room. He looked around. It was too dark to see anything. Ron seemed to be asleep, cause Harry could here loud snoring voices coming from him.
“Eh-Mi-One” Ron said while he was sleeping. It made Harry laugh. He was happy about Ron and Hermione finally were together. He remembered the time they were younger. Ron and Hermione was fighting all the time. It became alot worse when they became teenagers. Ron was jealous, because of Hermione kissing Krum, and Hermione was jealous about Ron getting together with Lavender Brown. But it was finally over.
Harry couldn’t sleep. He was afraid of getting the dream again. Dead people. Corpses. Could it be a warning or something? No it couldn’t be! Stop having those thoughts Harry thought and went out of bed. He went down in the Gryffindor Common room and sat down in a nearby chair. He took a copy of Daily Prophet and started reading:
HARRY POTTER: FROM ZERO TO HERO!
...Is a new book by the talented writer, Rita Skeeter.
Harry haded Rita Skeeter, and werent they supposed to ask before making a book about him? He continued reading:
Rita tells us in an interview the most embarrasing stories about Potter. “...Like the time, he went bathing with a ghost!” Rita says, with no lying in her face.
Harry remembered, it was in his fourth year at hogwarts. He tried to find out of eggs secret, and Cedric...Harry’s stomach hurted, Cedric said that a bath would help him. He took the bath, but Moaning Myrtle showed up. But how had she found out? He continued:...”Or his little crush on that Granger girl!”
Harry was getting really angry! Crush on Hermione?! It never happened! He wasn’t saying Hermione was a ugly girl or something, because she was very beautiful, but...! Then it hit him...After all these years, he has never realised how beautiful she really was. Harry threw the newspaper on the ground, and went to bed.
“Harry. Which one first? Your red-haired friend or that mudblood of yours!” Said a loud male voice. “No! Please! Take me instead! I beg you!” Harry shouted back at the unfarmiliar voice. “Last chance! The boy or the girl!” Said the male voice. “Take me!” Harry was begging. “Take me!!!” “AVADA KEDAVRA!!!” The male voice shouted and Ron and Hermione fell to the ground.
Harry woke up. It was morning.
“Hey mate!” He heard the voice of Ron’s voice.
“You were screaming you know that?” Said Ron.
“Yeah...Bad dream...” Harry said and put his glasses on. Hermione entered the room. Harry suddently forgot all about the dreams and asked:
“Hey how are you?”
“Im fine, you should worry about yourself! We could hear you in the girls room in the middle of the night! You were screaming: “I beg you! Kill me instead!” I was very worried! Whats going on!?”
“Nothing, im fine. It was just a dream...You didn’t tell Ginny didn’t you?!”
Hermione and Ron was suddently looking sad.
“Em, Harry?” Ron said. “Ginny has something to tell you...”
After breakfest Harry went over to Ginny.
“Hey” he said. “You wanted to talk to me?”
“Yes” Ginny said looking sad. “Come with me...”They went out of the great hall to a blind spot.
“Harry...” Ginny started. “I found another...”
Harry couldn’t believe what he was hearing.
“Another boy?” He said looking down at Ginny. She nodded with tears in her small eyes.
Harry’s felt like dying. His life was over.

Harry didn’t talk to anybody for the rest of the day. He went outside to get some fresh air. He walked down to the lake to get some thinking time. Who was Ginny’s new boyfriend? Just thinking about Ginny made him angry. Harry picked up a stone. If only he had spend more time with Ginny, maybe then they would still be a couple. But Ron wouldn’t let them be together. In fact, it was all his fault! Harry made a scream of anger and hade, and threw the stone into the lake. Then he sat down on the ground.
“Hey Harry, what ya yellin’ bout?” He heard the voice of Rubeus Hagird, and turned around.
The half giant stood looking down at him.
“Oh, nothing...” Harry said and turned around.
“But wat’ was that yell bout’ then?” Hagrid asked him.
“ITS NOTHING!!!” Harry ran away, towards Hogwarts. It wasn’t fair shouting at Hagrid, but then, it wasn’t fair that Ron didn’t let him and Ginny be together. As soon as he was inside Hogwarts, he went to the Gryffindor common room.
He was suprised to see Ron and Hermione fight when he went inside.
“Dont you have any feelings, Ron!” Ron didn’t answer Hermione.
“Of course Harry’s sad! How dare you calling him a sissy!” They didn’t noticed Harry until he said: “SISSY! THATS WHAT YOU THINK I AM! A SISSY!” Harry felt more angrier than ever. He couldn’t stop shouting at Ron. “IT’S ALL YOUR FAULT! YOU DONT WANTED ME TO BE HER BOYFRIEND! I THOUGHT YOU WERE MY FRIEND, BUT YOUR JUST A DUMB RED-HAIRED BASTARD! STUPEFY!” The curse hit Ron right in the stomach, and he was thrown into a wall, hitting the potrait of and old woman. “EEEK!” The old woman screamed. With that words Harry went to the boys room, and laid down in his bed.
“Who shall it be?! Your red-haired friend or that mudblood of yours!” It was the same dream, but this time it changed. “Let it be Ron” Harry answered. There was a green light, and Ron fell to the ground
Harry woke up. He was breathing heavely and he was all sweaty. He thought about what he had done in the dream. He hated Ron right now, but letting him die, that wasn’t what he wanted. Or was it?
He went down in the common room, just as yesterday. This time there was nothing to read, so he just sat down in the couch looking into the fireplace.
“Hey Harry” A beautiful voice suddently said. Harry turned around and saw Hermione stand behind him.
“Hey” he said rather suprised.
“May i sit down” she friendly asked. She was wearing her pyjames, and there was something about her he hadn’t noticed before. He couldn’t get his eyes of her.
“Of course” he said, trying to make a little smile.
“You know, Ron’s just acting like a complete arse!” She said looking at him with her beautiful eyes.
“Yeah...” Harry said with a kinda sleepy voice.
“I understand that you hate him right now”
“Well, yeah...” He said trying to sound like he didn’t care, but he was interrupted.
“I also hate him” she said, moving closer to Harry. She was looking at Harry in a strange way. It almost looked like she had a twinkle in her eye.
“So...” He didn’t know what to say.
“You know” he said. “You have some beautiful eyes, you know that?”
She made a little laugh. “No one ever told me that...” They were both very close now.
“Well you have...” Harry said with his sleepy voice.
“Thanks, Harry...Ronald never told me such things” Harry could feel her laying her hand on his leg. Then it happened. Her lips touched his lips. Harry didn’t know how long the kiss was, it could have been hours, or maybe only seconds, but he knew one thing. It felt right.

Chapter 3: The Secret
"Let it be Ron..." There was a flash of green light, and Ron fell to the ground.
Harry woke up in the couch. Him and Hermione must have fallen asleep. She was laying her head on his shoulder, and then it hit Harry. He had kissed Hermione yesterday! He still hated Ron, but stealing his girlfriend was too much!
"Hey! Hermione, wake up!" Harry said looking at her. She was still as beautiful as the other day. She slowly opened her eyes.
"Hey Harry..." She said looking at him. Harry didn't feel well.
"You remember what happened yesterday!" Harry said looking seriously at Hermione.
"Yes..." She said, and smiled at Harry. "You're a great kisser, Harry..."
Harry suddently forgot all about Ron and felt like kissing Hermione again. But there was a little vocie in Harry's head that said: "No dont you remember, it's Ron's girlfriend!" Harry remembered again.
"Hermione, it was a mistake! You are Ron's girlfriend! This is not what you want!" Harry looked at Hermione, but she was still giving him that strange smile.
"Harry..." She slowly said. "...I want you!"
Harry hurried up in the boys room, and saw that Ron just had woken up. Ron looked mysterious at Harry and said:
"Where have you been?"
"It's none of your business!" Harry said looking angry.
"OK" Ron said, looking a bit annoyed.
"By the way Harry, im sorry about Ginny...It wasn't fair to call you a...sissy..." Ron said. Harry knew that Ron wanted them to be friends again, so did Harry. He looked at Ron and thought about what happened yesterday, with him and Hermione.
"It's OK" Harry said. "Just don't ruin me and my next girlfriends relationship." They both started laughing.
"I promise, i won't..." But then Harry thought, that he actually had ruined Ron and Hermiones relationship. He felt guilty.
"So..." Ron started. "Are we friends again?"
"We are" Harry said smiling, but he was still very sad inside.
After breakfest Harry went outside with Ron to fly on broomsticks.
"Harry?" Ron started. "Where's Hermione by the way?"
Harry thought about her, and his stomach started hurting.
"I don't know" He answered Ron. And he didn't feel like meeting her right now. His thoghts was interrupted when he saw Ginny. Ginny was holding hands with a brown-haired boy. Harry didn't know who it was, but he wanted to find out. Ginny noticed Harry, but quickly looked away again. She released the boy's hand and pretended to not have seen Harry.
"Bloody hell!" Ron started. "That's the boy Ginny's dating! But he's a Slytherin! Harry looked closely at the boy and saw a little snake on his cape. Had Ginny chose a stupid Slytherin boy instead of him!?. Harry was getting angry. He went over to Ginny and her boyfriend.
"No, Harry come back!" He heard a girl voice shout a Harry, He turned around and saw Hermione standing next to Ron. His stomach started tickeling, and he felt like being with Hermione for the rest of his life. But it was too late. He stood next to Ginny and her boyfriend, and he didn't know what to say.
"What do you want!" The slytherin boy said.
"Are you Ginny's new boyfriend!" Harry shouted at the boy.
Ginny had started crying.
"Yes i am, now piss off Potter!" The boy said looking angry at him. Then Harry couldn't control himself anymore. He didn't know what happened, but when he looked down he could see the slytherin boy laying on the ground with a bloody nose. He looked at Ginny. She was crying more than ever, and she was kneeling besides the boy.
"Mr. Potter!" Harry heard the voice of professor McGonagoll. "What are you doing! Come with me! NOW!" He looked at Ron and Hermione. They both looked very shocked. Harry followed McGonagoll to the headmasters office.
"Sit down Potter!" McGonagoll looked very angry. "What was that about?!" Harry didn't know what to say. It would be embarrasing to tell that he was jelaous on the slytherin boy.
"I..." he started. He looked at his hand, there was blood on it. He must have punched the boy in the face. "He was annoying me!" Harry was not lying, because the boy had told him to piss off. "What did he say!" McGonagoll asked Harry, but he didn't answer. "It's private..." Harry told McGonagoll. She looked at him in a couple of seconds without saying anything. "You can go" She suddently said, and Harry left.
Harry went to the common room, and met Ron and Hermione. They stopped talking when he arrived.
"Whats your punishment?" Ron asked him.
"She didn't gave me one, i told her it was private, and then we stopped talking..."
"Just that?" Ron asked looking suprised.
"Yeah, it was weird..."
"I think she used Legemency on you..." Hermione said, looking at Harry. They both know if she have done that, she would know about the kiss.
"It could be..." Harry said.
"But then" Ron said. "You have nothing to hide! Do you?" Harrys stomach hurted, "No" he answered. He looked at Ron and Hermione. He was lying. _________________ "You are a fool Harry Potter. And you will lose...Everything!"
hmmm...this is getting more interesting by the minute...what will happen next.

Chapter 4: The Date
Harry was inside a forest. He looked around, and saw Ginny and Hermione. Suddently a male voice was talking.
"Harry Potter, who shall die!"
"Let it be me!"
"WHO SHALL DIE!" The male voice said again, louder than the first time.
"I cant choose! The first is my ex-girlfriend, and the other one is my new love, we kissed! I love them both!"
"DO YOU THINK I CARE!" The male voice said. "AVADA KEDAVRA!"
Both girls was dead.
"HARRY!"
Harry opened his eyes and saw the face of Ron Weasley looking down at him.
"You really need to talk about those dreams with McGonagoll! It could be the future you sees!"
"Look Ron, Im fine! It was just a nightmare!" Harry was getting annoyed, it was only a dream, not the future! He went out of bed, and started putting his clothes on.
"Harry, you said some weird things in your dream" Ron started, and Harry suddently felt bad.
"What things" He asked Ron, still looking annoyed.
"Something about your ex-girlfriend and...A new love..."
Harry didn't know what to say.
"Why didn't you tell me Harry? Do you have a new girlfriend, and who is it?" Harry still didn't answer, he just continued putting clothes on.
"Harry?" Ron asked. "Who is i..."
"I TOLD YOU! IT WAS JUST A DREAM!" Harry was confused. Had Ron found out? Ron stood looking at Harry in a couple of seconds then he said: "OK, just a dream" But Harry could see on Ron's face, that he didn't believe him.
Harry ate his breakfest in a hurry and was just about to leave the table when Professor McGonagoll spoke to the school:
"SILENCE!" She shouted but people were still talking. "Sonurus!" She said pointing her wand at herself and her voice became alot stronger. "SILENCE!!!" She said and everyone stopped talking. "Because it's such a nice weather, we have decided to let you go to Hogsmeade!" Everyone started yelling. "IF you have have a permission from a parent! Show it t me and you are free to go!" Everybody went over to McGonagoll. Harry didn't have a permission, but he knew a secret passage to Hogsmeade, thanks to the Marauders map!
"Are you two going?" He asked Ron and Hermione.
"I am" Hermione said, smiling at him. Harry then looked at Ron. His face had turned ghost white and he said:
"Not me! I dont feel to well, it must have been something i ate..Excuse me!" He ran to the boys toilet in a hurry. Now it was only Harry and Hermione.
"You wanna go with me to Hogsmeade?" Hermione asked Harry. He was just about to complain, but then she blinked at him and he hurried up saying: "Why not?"
Harry had left Ron a note saying that he and Hermione went to Hogsmeade. They promised to buy some candy for him. Harry wasn't too happy about this trip. He was afraid of someone seeing him with Hermione. Then everybody would start talking about Harry dating Hermione. And then Ron would now. His stomach hurted more than ever. This was a bad idea. Harry and Hermione walked down at the Hogsmeade street looking at shops. Suddently Harry had a weird feeling when he saw that Hermione was holding his hand.
"No. Not here Hermione!" He said but she didn't care.
"Why not?" She said smiling at him. Harry didn't know what to say. He saw the Whomping Willow and quickly said:
"Lets go inside!" Harry found them a seat and they sat down. A man was walking over to them and said:
"And what do the cute couple want?"
"Actually, were just frien..." Harry said but Hermione interrupted him:
"Two butterbeers please" The man nodded and left them alone.
"You know..." She started. "...Me and Ron never went on dates together. She was still holding his hand.
"He didn't dare" she said looking at him. Harry tried making a fake smile, but it failed.
"Harry, aren't you going to say something?" Hermione was still looking at him. The only thing Harry could think of saying was:
"Dont you love Ron anymore?" There was a long silence and then Hermione said: "Lets kiss" Suddently Hermione was kissing him on the mouth. Harry couldn't resist. Hermione was too attractive. They kissed for a long time, until the waiter came.
"Not a couple, eh?" He said looking at Harry. "That's a lie, i can see, but i won't tell anybody!" Harry released his lips from Hermione an didn't know what to say.
"Here's your butterbeer!" He said and they both got a butterbeer. He left them alone again.
"You're still as good as last time, Harry" She said smiling at him. But Harry still had this weird feeling. Was he in love with Hermione? He didn't know. But he still had feelings for Ginny.
"Harry" Hermione started. "I think i love you..." Harry's stomach was tickeling, and he felt like kissing her again. She had her hand on his leg, and Harry felt like he was out of control. He started kissing her again. Suddently a female voice was saying: "what!" Harry looked around and saw that Ginny and her boyfriend had entered.
"What was that about!" Ginny shouted at Harry. "Why are you snogging with Hermione!" Harry didn't understand. She had a new boyfriend, why was she mad at him. The Slytherin boy took Ginny's hand and they found a seat. Harry didn't know what to do. He looked at Hermione, but she was just as shocked as him. Then Harry stood up and ran out of the Whomping Willow. Hermione followed him, but he didn't care. He just wanted to get away. Away from it all. _________________ "You are a fool Harry Potter. Chapter 5: The truth
Harry stopped. He was breathing heavely. The big castle was standing in front of him. Did he dare enter? What if Ginny already had arrived.
"Harry" somebody was saying, and Harry turned around. Hermione Granger stood looking at him with all her glory.
"Harry, i know how you feel..." She said looking at him, with no lying in her face.
"...But Harry, i love you!" Hermiones eyes were full of tears.
"You do?" He said, looking seriously at her.
"Yes. I do." She said. The tears was dripping from her eyes, and she wiped them away with the back of her hand.
"You love me too?" Harry didn't answer. He just stood looking at her, then he said:
"Yes" Hermione's started smiling a weak smile.
"...But i also love Ginny" He said, and Hermione's smile dissapeared. He didn't knew why he had told her that. But in the end, Hermione deserved knowing it. She looked sad. Then she walked over to Harry and kissed him on the cheek. Harry felt warm inside, but i wasn't the time to kiss.
"Lets go inside" she said and started walking. Harry stopped her and said:
"Look. Im sorry. I don't know whats happening with me. I have those terrible dreams, and i don't know what to do! I'm still in love with my ex, but also with you. I need help" Harry felt his own eyes being filled with tears.
"You are going through a hard time Harry...But just know im always here for you" Those words made Harry feel happy, and he kissed her. The next Harry felt was being throwed down on the ground, because of an incredible pain. He had a bloody nose and he looked up. Ronald Weasley was standing with Harry's blood on his hand looking angrier than ever.
"Then it was true what Ginny said" Ron started. "You do love her" Ron's eyes was also filled with tears.
"Look Ron, Im sorry! It just happened!"
"SHUT UP!" Ron shouted at Harry. "I hate you!"
Ron turned around to Hermione, which was crying harder than ever.
"Come with me" He said to Hermione with no anger in his voice. Hermione didn't move, so Ron took her hard in the arm and they went inside Hogwarts. Harry stood back alone thinking of what he had done. He had ruined his life, and Ron's.
Harry was in the forbidden forest. Ron, Ginny and Hermione was standing in front of him.
"Who shall die?" A cold male voice said.
"Only one will die today!" Harry heard himself saying.
Harry woke up. He was laying in his bed. He looked around, and saw all the Gryffindor boys, except one. Ron. Harry put on clothes and went down in the Gryffindor common room. He wasn't there. He waited for Hermione to come down in the Gryffindor room. But she didn't showed up. Harry was feeling a little worried. Had Ron ran away with Hermione? What had happened? Harry's thoughts were interrupted. Something was happening in his brain.
"The forbidden forest. If you wanna see your friends again. Show up alone." A cold male voice said and Harry got back to reality.
Ron and Hermione was right. Someone was playing with him.
Harry was moving towards the forbidden forest. It was early in the morning and Harry was still lazy and sleepy. He heard the birds singing and the sun had just rised. He went inside the forest. He had walked in a couple of minutes when he heard the voice.
"Harry Potter. Foolish of you to show up. " The voice said, inside his head.
"Where's my friends!" Harry shouted and looked around. "Show yourself!" Suddently a man showed up in front of Harry. He was a tall man in the late thirtys. Harry looked at the long white hair and then he knew who it was. Lucius Malfoy was standing in front of him, with an evil smile.
"You" Harry started.
"I'm sure you want to know what all this is about before you die..." Lucius Malfoy said circling around Harry.
"I'm sure you know your ex-girlfriends new boyfriend" Lucius started. Harry didn't answer.
"He used the Imperius curse on her, to make her love him." Harry finally understood. Ginny was still in love with him, she was just uder the imperius curse.
"Well that boy is my son, Draco!" Lucius was smiling a crazy smile , "He was just taking Poly juice! He took it so you and your friends wouldn't recognize him . When Ginny was alone Draco cursed her, just because of this special day. But his Imperio was a little weak, and it didn't work all the time." Harry thought of the time Ginny saw him kissing Hermione., she had flipped out! Lucius continued: "Right know he is using Ginny as a decoy! Your friends dosn't know that you are in danger, because they are talking with Ginny right now!" Lucius started laughing. " I am going to kill you, while your friends thinks you are allright!" Harry was getting angrier, but then he thought about his dreams. "Aaah" Lucius started. "You are thinking about the dreams, aren't you! Well i created them! I have mastered the abilty to make fake thoughts in people's head! I can also read your mind without using my wand!" He started laughing again. "Isn't it perfect! You have thought all the time that those dreams were the future! But it was all my work!" Harry interrupted him: "then you're wrong! In my dreams, i had the ability to choose what i've wanted to do! A male voice was asking me, "Who shall die first!" and i've could chose, myself! And i another dream i chose to attack you!" Lucius smile dissapeared.
"Yes you're right, i still need training at it! And next time i'm using it at somebody, after your death, i will be choosing what they are doing! I WILL BECOME THE NEW DARK LORD!"
"EXPELLIARMUS!" Harry shouted, but it missed Lucius.
"Foolish of you! I hope you are prepared Potter! Cause, now we are going to duel!"
