on the brighter side, they are bringing back quidditch Smile . i really hope alfonso cuaron gets to direct DH. PoA was my favorite movie.

Prisioner of Azkaban was the MOST popular movie out of all the HP next to OoTP, so it obviously showed Cuaron did VERY good job with HP. I don't know, he just put something in the movie that took you into the actual HP universe, it's my personal favorite....

Cuaron all the way!!

oh i hope so! cuaron is really good! yates was good as well, but i wasnt that impressed with the battle scene... there was no battle scene in poa, but maybe cuaron will do well. just as long as it isnt the director of GOF...

I think the third movie was probably the worst, although I'm not sure...the fifth movie was pretty far from the book.

Oh please no, don't ever let that man near a Harry Potter movie again. He utterly destroyed the series, and made my favorite book into my least favorite move.

Sorry, I didn't like him much either - but Curion is the guy who screwed the series, they really need to bring Chris Columbus back to save the series.

OMG! Alfonso Cuaran was the beeeeeeeest! PoA was my favorite movie. I really hope he does DH. That would rock. I liked Chris Columbus too. Smile

I don't know, I don't mind Yates. I guess we will see though when HBP comes out in '08 and then I will make the final choice there.

I didn't like POA either though. The way they portrayed Sirius was ridiculous, and the werwolf looked lame. I really do NOT like him as director, but then again it could be that from CoS on I haven't liked the movies too much, I hate the guy playing DD right now.

Unfortunatly the guy who was playing Dumbledore died....If you want to see him again rent Camelot he plays Merlin.

But I agree with the above about POA, but what upset me most was how the directed litterly destroyed the Trio, he made them into annoying people - the one good thing he did was draw Harry and Hermione alittle closer together, but besides that he was useless.
