How did the fly out? YOu cant fly in or out with the echantments placed appone hogwarts

for that matter how did the sextet fly out on thestrals? I think you can fly out...but probably not in. oh and in HBP

I think it's that you can fly out, but not in.

Or you can fly in and out, but not at great speeds.
I can't find my copy of HBP right now, I know, I know blasphemy, but give me a break it's been a crazy week. Anyway, when Harry and DD are racing to Hogwarts because they saw the Dark Mark Harry hears DD muttering something. He realizes it's DD undoing his own enchanments so they can enter Hogwarts. Then I'm pretty sure it goes on to say something about their speed of entry.

no im afraid you're all wrong. the enchanment to stop people flying in and out wasnt put up untill the 6th book (when voldie went public)

Well, we do know it is possible to get in and out of Hogwarts ground. Barty Crouch Sr. was able to wander in.

a possible (and actually quite simple) explanation is that fred and george flew to the limit of the enchantments, walked through, and flew home or wherever.
