When Bellatrix died, that was certainly a nice part of the book. I thought the way was pretty funny too, though I know some don't agree with that.

I wanted the Carrows to die the most. Harming innocent children, exposing them to unforgivable curses like thats. *blood boiling* Twisted Evil

Bellatrix killed my tow FAVORITE characters in the book, Sirus and Dobby. That bitch had to go. We never really got to know the characters of Yaxly, MacNair, or the Carrows. They didn't really show up in the books much. In the order of who should die, here's how my list would go.

Should Die:

1. Bellatrix
2. Greyback
3. Wormtail
4. Carrows
5. McNair

Shouldn't Die, But Should be Severely Punished:

1. Malfoys (They were MEAN to poor Dobby, but they showed they had at least some decancy in the end. And Narcissa helped Harry.)

Too Little is Known to Make a True Judge of Fate:

1. Travers
2. Yaxley

I picked greyback beacause the way he talked about eating childrens was sick (and poor bill and lupin) but wormtail comes a close second.

greyback bloodthirsty werewolves are never good and he was the worst death eater to me. I liked Bellatrix, she was my favourite evil one.

Belltrix because she was an absolute witch (and i'm not talking the good kind)

and technaclly Greyback wasn't a Death Eater, because he wasn't human and Voldermort valued human's above all else
