ok. JKR said the reason harry and hermione are so close and confortable with each other is that there is no sexual tension between them...... however with ron/hermione they are always bickering and/or flirting, but neither tells the other that they like them.

i also think ron seems to get a lot more mature in the last book, or a lot better with his emotions, when he tells harry "all is fair in love and war, and this is some of both" and gives harry that book that fred and george gave him.

Right, and in the movies and books whenever Malfoy insults Hermione both Harry and Ron take offense to it but Ron especially. And whenever Hermione is scared, she clings on to Ron.

Maybe this is just me, but I love when Hermione calls Ron "Ronald". LOL.
