What's this based on? Book descriptions or actress's appearance? There's a big difference between them for all the characters listed above. Personally, my rankings are:
Book
Ginny
Cho
Hermione / Luna [I'd say they're about the same attractiveness]
Film
Hermione (Emma Watson)
Ginny (Bonnie Wright) / Luna (Evanna Lynch) [They're both equally cute and while Lynch is a little bit "albino" for my taste, she doesn't look that bad]
Cho (Katie Leung)

That's coming from scenes AFTER she was in Azkaban for years. Who knows what she could've looked like. Atleast she wasn't like Umbridge I suppose.
I voted Ginny. So many threads that are alike. I'm basing this off book's personality and actress' looks.

In OotP her picture is shown in Kreacher's hovel. Her picture is described as being pretty... I'm not sure of the wording. Later on she's described as being once pretty but years in Azkaban weathered her looks away. Again, not sure of the exact wording used (sorry!) but yeah, she was supposed to have been very pretty before Azkaban. And hey, some guys (and some girls, let's be honest) like that whole just-escaped-from-jail look, lol.
