he's a boy. I remember before Half-Blood Prince this was up for debate, but then it became official that he's a boy. have you not read all the books yet?

In Half-blood Prince he's described as a boy... and he comments on Ginny's looks. (not that a girl couldnt, lol, I dont' judge!)

Slytherin 1991-1998 (PS7).
Described as a "tall black boy with high cheekbones and long, slanting eyes." Blaise shares Draco's prejudice against Muggle-born witches and wizards; Ginny considers Blaise a "poser." (HBP7).

It has recently been confirmed that Blaise Zabini is in fact a male character. Will we see more of him in the next few books?

JKR's reply..."That’s correct. You do."

This character is also going to be in the HBP movie.. he is being played by Louis Cordice.

its androgynous

elylou you really ought to read all of the books. borrow them from a friend or pick them up at the library or you know...buy them. especially if you're hanging around here, you're bound to get spoiled.
