No, they have never dated, as far as they have said.
Daniel Radcliffe did admit to having a crush on Emma during the filming of the first two films, but then they became good friends. Emma is supposedly dating some rugby player from England now.
They keep things really hush-hush, not like here in the US, where you can't be in a movie without the entire country knowing about your hicky.

I know, I wish rugby was more popular here (in the US, I mean). It looks like an awesome sport. It's like football, but without all that wimpy padding.

| i wish rupert and emma would date, then it would be just like the books! but emma is like, the hottest girl, and im a guy so i cant really tell, but rupert doesnt look like hes the best looking guy...correct me if im wrong |

I've never seen the rugby player. I forget his name, but I admit I did try googling him and I couldn't find a picture. Since last Monday Dan Radcliffe has become much cuter. I think both Rupert Grint and Dan Radcliffe are very good looking.
Both Emma and Rupert have great onscreen chemistry, but I think that is due mostly to good acting. Because offscreen Dan and Emma seem to radiate heat.

i play rugby, and its totally awesome, proud to say i play the strongest position - prop.
and, rupert and emma arent going with eachother, same for dan and emma.
emma has said politely that she has no intentions for any of them lol
and as for the rugby player, i believe his name is TOm Ducker.
