i just recently wrote a book that will turn into a 7 book series, that somewhat has the same theme as in harry potter, like curses,wands,wizard,and witches. i also have something like the deatheaters but they are called dragors, and support the evil wizard named Slaither. So pretty much the story is pretty heavy so i will just explain it in small words.
There are 7 realms in a world called Mystia, and these realms each have 7 portals and different habitats,environment,animals,and people.So in those 7 realms there are also 7 portals in which corrupted and evil wizards and witches come out from and the other side is pretty much hell, and thats were Slaither conjures his allies and stuff, like the dragors.
Anyways the mosters that are coming out of the portals cause major destruction in the world and this one kid which is born is sort of the chosen one, to destroy the portals and kill Slaither. So this boy grows up not knowing anything that is going on because his parents died from a fire and he now lives in an orphanage. So this old man named Rowen tells him hes the chosen one and all and now he is set on his epic quest. So this kids name is Serge, so serge trains up to be a strong wizard, and learns all types of spells and stuff.
So serge only has his trusty wand that Rowen gave him and then slaither kills rowen,and serge speeds up his traning to be the most powerful wizard,and wants to have revenge on slaither. but serge must travel his way to destroy all 7 portals,and only starts his journey when he is 16.
But slaither sort of controls serges mind and makes him kill people and corrupts serge but serge overcomes the mind control and sets on his quest again, and also makes friends along the way, but confronts his darkest fears to destroy the 7 portals and possible risk his life to kill slaither.
well yea thats sort of the whole story, i kno its really confusing but i already finished all 7 books, but theres still a lot of editing to do,and also wanted to ask if the plot and theme is sort of copying into harry potters plot, espicially with like slaither and the dragors and stuff but im just wondering. And if i get lucky my books might get published in stores.
So, yea really long post but i just wanted u to leave any comments on my series,and if u have any questions just ask.
