What wood would it be made of (no pun intended)? What would be the core? How long would it be?

Mine would be a thirteen inch wand (since I'm so tall), made of Maple wood, with a Pheonix feather core.

Mine would be 13 1/4 inches, Willow wood, and Pheonix feather. I don't know why but I think the pheonix feather is better then the other ones. i just always thought that.

Hmm... I'd say mine's 11inches, mahogany and unicorn hair. Unicorn's are just as unique as phoenixes, after all. Wink

Mine would be made of Rowan which is the wood associated with my birthdate. It would be somewhere around 11 1/2", which I would imagine being an average length for a wand (given that around 7 or 8" being short and 13 or 14" being long) The wood would be rather inflexible with a dragon heartstring core, as dragons are also associated with Rowan.

My wand is made from Hazel (found frequently in Scandinavia as a understorey tree providing nuts for squirrels - I like the animal link), 10 inches long, flexible, medium tan colour. Core is an Aethonan hair (excellent for charms).

Mine would be 12.5 inches, pink with a black and red tip. Made out of a oak tree with leaf patterns around it. It will also have a pheonix feather.
