| No, that's one of the unanswered questions that annoyed me. But I guess, in the whole scheme of things, it must have been deemed irrelevant? |

bah. Rowling's a liar. She said a bunch of stuff was important that didn't make it into the book at all. The significance on Harry having his mother's eyes, the importance of Lily and James' professions, who did magic late in life, etc. A bit disappointing really. _________________

I thought that was sort of answered. Maybe not directly, but pretty much common sense to me. |

| The significance of Harry having his mothers eyes was answered. Snape said to Harry "look at me" as he was dying so he could see in Harry's - Lily's - eyes just before he died. That was kinda obvious.. |

I was just about to post that when I saw that you did underneath me....lol. Well they said it for me, that was the significance. It really was nothing large, but then again it kind of was. _________________

Wasn't Dudley’s worst memory the Dementor Attack? And wasn't Harry saving him from the Dementor attack what changed Dudley’s mind about Harry’s worth? I think the fact that one of Harry's living family showed some compassion for him in the end was relevant and important. It showed us that perhaps in the next generation there will be more tolerance from muggles and wizards alike. _________________ Perfect Harmony |

| No, the worst memory wasn't the dementor attack... The worst memory was what Dudley relived during the dementor attack. The dementors make you relive the worst moment of your life, and Dudley was effected by the Dementors hugely, leading Harry, and us, to wonder what Dudleys worst memory was. |

| What does Dudley's worst memory have to do with anything? You can't expect her to wrap up everything; it'd be one mess of a book.. |

| Exactly, that's why I don't think Dudley's memory was important enough for the rest of the story. It would be interesting to know though. |

lol. I hadn't read the explaination about Harry's/Lily's eyes, my bad. I think I kinda skipped over that part too. I kept finding myself jumping from dialogue to dialogue instead of reading the book carefully. I probably missed a bunch of stuff. _________________
