EEEE IDK. Im skeptical, if he dies he will be reunited with Dumbledore, Sirius, and his parents. And as we know, his greatest desire (at least at the begining of the series) is to be with his parents. So hypathetically (vengeance aside) death may sitll be one of his greatest desires.
Juxtaposed with Voldemort who on the other hand, his greatest desire is to avoid death.

I think both will die, based on this simple comparison. All other details aside (whether he is a horcrux or not), in my opinion it would perfectly display the theme of the book. Harry is, of course, a horcrux. (it's so obvious) However, Harry will live and will marry Ginny, that's what I think anyway. When the diary and ring where removed from the part of voldie's soul, they were not destroyed, just damaged.
My opinion below...

I think Harry will make a Horcrux or his own(a snich or something) and voldie's soul will go into it while his soul stays intact. Then he can simply destroy the new horcrux. but that's to easy, right?
