| I thought that if she would have spent so much time on each song for each book the books might not have been as good as they are. |

well Ron and Harry miss a bunch of the opening cerimonies so that may be why.
....personally i'm glad because like the professors I think the song was Lame

There's also a cut scene where the whole school sings it. Its pretty funny, Crabbe really gets into it, and just like the book you can barely understand it because everyone is singing at their own pace.

Excuse me a moment!!! Harry and Hermione, i know everyone was thinking it but, NEVER once in the books does it ever mention him having any feelings towards Hermmione!!! Unlike the passion he has for Ginny. Also in the second book when Hermione comes back from being petrified, she hugs harry because he's a friend but can't hug ron because she embarrassed, to like him!!! Also since the story is told in 3rd person limited, you know all of harry's feelings, and give me one instance where Harry says he likes/loves/ or has any emotion besides friendly towards Hermione. I think i've made my point.
