Not only is it like paedophilia, but it's like...
Completely non-existent.

No offence if that's what you're.. into.

hahhaha you mean in fanfiction? Laughing

its nothing, its merely some fun, there are really good stories of it around, both with harry underage and harry being off age

of course it would never really work in the books or something like that if thats what u think ppl who write those stuff assume, thats why its fanfiction

I guess the stories that take place after Harry is old enough aren't wrong, but the ones where Harry is still in school are beyond creepy. That is pedophilic terrirtory and aren't the least bit interesting or amusing.

thats why i dont read fan fictions.

i mean i am sure theres some great stuff out there but why ruin what has already proven, through publication, that it is perfect on its own.

and fan fictions dont get you any money, so whats the point of wasting your talents and time on writing something that has already been written?

as for the original point, yea thats just wrong on so many levels. the books are geared towards younger kids mostly, and to make fan fics like that just puts HP in a bad place.

I tend to call the impossible pairing crackpairs.

Like DD/Ron/Snape. XD

And ravvy, some people "waste their talents and time" because they enjoy writing just for the fun of it. I have NEVER published anything I've written because I'm fine and dandy keeping it to myself. And if I write a fanfic, I do it for my own enjoyment.

Regardless of whether it has been written are not, the option is still there to write your own interpretation of every hour of every day within a story as time skips are close together.

That's just a weird thought, and Harry/Snape is even worse.

i agree snape/harry is gross. but you really should read some fanfiction some of its really good! and anyways most of them have the normal couples, (harry/ginny, ron/Hermione) and the marauders fanfiction is just sooooo funnny.

It is weird, but sometimes the humorous and less explictive ones are quite amusing.

Fanfiction is purely for the enjoyment of readers and writers. I love writing fanfiction just to see reactions of readers.

They were referring to the pedophiliac stuff, not the homosexual stuff.

Are there SS/HP FFs that aren't in any way slash? If yes, I'd like to read them. Can't imagine something like this.
