After the wedding lupin goes to harry and tells him that the guests disaparated and the death eaters interrogated the order members but after that why didn't they just kill them

They would've had to have a lot of Death Eaters there, because almost the whole Order of the Phoenix was there lol.

It's usually a better idea to keep your hostages/prisoners alive for further interrogation or even using as a bargaining chip

I dont think the Death Eaters are big on killing , themselves and its mostly Voldemort who really is the killer and D.E. only do it when they half to. Like the Hohwarts Battle they were exited and ready to kill but other times there not so enthusiastic about it.

Yes the Death eaters only kill when they have to. Most of them dont want to kill otherwise every spell they would use would be avada kedava
