I saw in one of those behind the scenes featurettes... they put things behind his ears to make them stick out and he wears fake teeth. They also supposedly put him in bigger shoes. He is such a great actor, though, that he can also just change his whole demeanor... even without those changes, he would still appear different onscreen, in my opinion.

As far as I know...
They put pieces of plastic behind his ears to make them stick out.
They put him in shoes bigger than his real size.
He wears fake teeth.
They part his hair unnaturally.
But even with those changes... he is just an incredible actor. He is able to change his own persona... he really embraces the character.

I do love that they both played dorks on the screen, but in real life they were hotties. And both of their characters grow in courage. Neville is like the HP version of Wesley.

I know, that boy is gorgeous. Jo has even mantioned how incredibley cool he is. For some reason, my eyes are drawn straight to his package in that picture. God, I feel like a pedofile sometimes.
Also, is it just me, or has Natalia lost weight since OotP? She looks so freaking thin in this picture!
