Who is the worst of the badies?
Mine would be the Carrows and Bellatrix.

Umbridge, by far. At least the others were honest and open about their feelings. Umbridge used power and manipulations to secretly harm others.

i picked umbridge cause shes such a biotch. i also hated that reporter who wrote the lies in the daily profit about harry and hermione.

Dolores Umbridge. She was even wose than Bella. She was EVIL! Making Harry the "I must not tell lies" scars when there were more proper detentions. She refused to teach the students proper magic but only the theory. In the book she also made like 300 decrees. She was also headmistress for a while! She took over Dumbledore! She formed the Inquistorial Squad. She almost took away trewlawney that nearly made me want to kick her 10 times in the face.

Umbridge looks like crap next to Bella. She tortured two people that we know of into insanity, killed Dobby, tortured Hermione, killed Tonks, killed Sirius...how is Umbridge winning? She scratched Harry's hand! OH NO! Would you rather have the scar or the brain damage? With the scar at least I get a sweet story to tell.

True, i think Bellatrix is MUCH worse, she's a murderer, and as far as i'm aware, i don't think Dolores is... But they're both really bad.

Meh, Dolores is evil in her own way.
I especially hate the way she wouldn't teach DADA properly. She just seems like a worse person than Bella, even though Bellatrix is obviously worse.

I voted for Lucius, but didn't see Umbridge until after I voted. So I change it to her. I absolutely could NOT stand her. I wanted to beat her face in the whole movie...
