Why didn't Harry name one of the kids after Sirius? Sirius was way closer to Harry then Lupin was.

Teddy was already named so harry never named a child after lupin only his parents, DD and snape but franky i think sirius deserved a name

im guessing the other one is james sirius potter... but poor ginny... didnt get to name the kids anything from her... well maybe lily the kid might be lily molly potter?

Pfffft! Funny Laughing . Sirius could have been a middle name. Albus was named after the two headmasters, so it's possible that James could be James Sirius.

Albus Severus was a bit of a surprise.

What about Hugo and Rose? I've always liked Rose. Kind of goes along with Rowling's flower names: Petunia, Lily, Lavendar, Fleur...

Is Hugo a big British name? I know Hugo Horton on Vicar of Dibley, but not too many others. Maybe it's supposed to be from Hermy's family. Maybe it's Hugo Bilius Laughing Laughing

Maybe it's James Arthur Potter. It'd be nice for Ginny to get something from her family in there.


And, I loooove that Hermione's middle name is JEAN. All the fanfic writers swooooore it was Jane. I was chastised a few times because I used something other than Jane. HAHAHAHA!

It was Jane... www.hp-lexicon.com updated their site

I think this is a really good thread!
It's really funny with the middle names.... heehee.....
I was really touched when Harry was explaining to Al his names, that was really a sweet thing. I love Al!! So cute!!
But ya, it's strange how Sirius wasn't named.... and Ginny didn't seem to have any input? But then again, maybe Lily's middle name REALLY is Fred..... or Freda?????

I enjoyed the Epilogue... too bad there weren't more to read...... Sad
