Barty Crouch Jr. disguised as Moody took the map from Harry in GoF. Harry has the map back in OotP. When did he get it back?

The lexicon says that Harry took it back when no one was looking. I can't figure out when that was, though. I'm currently rereading OotP, so If I find it I'll let you know. If I don't find it, then it must be in OotP. Here is the lexicon page with the Maurauder's Map:

It does not say in either GoF or OotP how Harry got the map back. It is only assumed that it was given back to him by DD or he got it back himself somehow.
