Im about to start writing my own version of Harry Potter 8, and I need character ideas.

Info:

Book Starts 5 years after Voldemorts Seemingly Downfall. Harry, Hermione and Ron, are out of School and work within the Ministry, but when A new evil starts to rise, and an old mark starts to burn, who or what is Harry Potter going to do?

Voldemort is hinted to have returned, one of 2 marks that burn.
The new evil: Based of my RP Character.
New Deaths
Wedding.
