It came to me last night as I was finishing up Chamber of Secrets for like the third time. haha.
So. Harry is talking to Dumbledore about Harry speaking Parseltongue.
Get this:
Dumbledore: "Unless I am much mistaken, he transferred some of his own powers to you the night he gave you that scar."
Harry: "Voldemort put a bit of himself in me?? Harry said, thunderstruck.
Dumbledore: "It certainly seems so."
Page 333 of Chamber of Secrets.
Horcrux: Splitting of the soul. Voldemort put a bit of himself into Harry.
And now, time for the best part:
This was on the note R.A.B left in the locket:
"I face death in the hope that when you meet your match, you will be mortal once more."
That explains everything. So when Harry is fighting Voldemort, Harry is the last Horcrux and if Voldemort kills Harry after Harry destroys all of them, yes, Voldemort WILL be mortal. But Voldemort won't know that all of the Horcruxes have been destroyed, so when he kills Harry, he will find out that he has become mortal.
Post your opinions! Again, sorry if you've heard this about a million times...haha. _________________
Again, I will have to say, accidental horcrux-making is impossible. Voldemort transferred his power to Harry, yes, but he did not make him a horcrux.
1. There's a spell to make a horcrux. Voldemort did not cast the horcrux-making spell on Harry, he cast the killing curse on Harry.
2. Voldemort transferred his power into Harry, marking him as his equal, as the prophecy said. This does not mean that Harry is a horcrux, it just means that Voldemort's spell backfiring left an imprint on Harry... NOT the imprint that the horcrux spell leaves, as I've said before you can't accidentally make a horcrux.[/i] _________________
harrys not a horcrux because vold knew he had to kill him in order for himself to survive so why would he make a horcrux out of something he planned on killing anyway?
Ah, the question to the answer I do not know!
haha I guess I need to look deeper into this theory. _________________

Ooh once again, very good points.
I really need to revise this theory some how. Then again, I thought of it at 3 in the morning. hahha _________________
well there unless youre on a boat...its impossible for it to be 3 in the morning where you are...because its 430 in england and thats the farthest west it goes....
OH, if you're talking about the time difference, I have no idea how to change it on the forums...haha. It all confuses me.
But yeah, if it helps, I live on the west coast. _________________

in one Day all this speculation will be unnecessary,Man I can't wait. But i think he might be,if the spell had been told to us then i would be more comfortable with the Harry isn't a Horcrux line but being that she could ahve told us what the spell was in HBP and didn't that makes me think that maybe its something that can be done beforehand or something to thateffect.
The never did say the spell nor did they say there was one. I am sure there is but perhaps it is like the Pensive where you remove it without a spell, just thinking about it, and I am sure that Voldy was thinking about it the night he killed Harry. _________________
